Review 1：bad service, no heat in room at a temperature of 7 degrees outside, towels and linens smells of chlorine, all house smells of food. No english speaking.

Review 5：We were very warmly wecomed by the owners. They made us feel right at home. Plenty of parking. The room was typical of small owner hotels for Austria. Good breakfast, they cooked eggs to order.

The breakfast was super (bread, butter, egg,cheese, ham, marmelade made by the owner, ) We spent our holiday hereduring eastern period, and we received chocolates and cakes as well. Thehouse is 10 minutes by car from skiarea Loser, and 15-20 minutes by walkfrom Bad Aussee.
