Review 1：Not a serious criticism, but parking space is limited in that parked cars block the exit for those parked earlier. Keys are left with the hotel staff who shuffle the cars around.

Review 2：Central location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Quiet atmosphere given its town centre position.

Review 3：The bar is now the owners' office. Don't know about the restaurant because all it serves is expensive steak and there is more to food. The owners are the rudest, most arrogant people I have ever dealt with at a hotel. They don't have a clue how to deal with clients and I hope they go broke and their good staff get to work for good bosses in a good hotel.

Review 7：It was in the centre of Coburg. Free coffee machine, sweets, fruit and fizzy water available in the foyer. The restaurant is a steak house, so not for us, but the breakfast was excellent, choice of cooked or full continental. very good willing staff. The TV was huge and could get some English spoken programmes. Good leather couch and chair, plenty of wardrobe space

Review 8：Location - easy walk to city attractions and restaurants. Pleasant staff. Clean and reasonably comfortable. Facility itself is a bit of a rabbit-warren, so be prepared to accept turns and jogs getting from one part of the hotel to another. I was able to park in a reserved area for the hotel, although this has limited space.

Review 31：The room I ordered was noticed as including a bath – finally there was just a shower. In the shower and around the window in the bathroom there were dark molds – disgusting. Internet connection was slower than my 3G USB stick. Parking – terrible. I had to leave my keys from the car as there was no free space to park so receptionist had to move my car when someone leaving the hotel… Only one person speaks English in this hotel… if you wanna order a food – in German only. I would not rank this as *** hotel The owner should stay one day in another hotel in Germany to see today’s standards. Conclusion – never again!

Review 34：Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff. Free coffee and water in reception which was most welcome. Nice walk up through the park to the Fortress which is well worth a visit. Unfortunately the palace below is closed on Mondays.

Review 35：Room was old and outdated. It was also quite cold until we got a space heater after requesting a bit of warmth. No soap or shampoo for the shower, just little packets of all-purpose liquid soap (this seems to be common in Bavaria).
