Review 3：Prices are too high. € 17,- for a buffet breakfast is too much. We ate a two course diner with wine for that price. Bar prices and mini bar prices same. Too high.

Review 5：They offer Sauna-access for 5Euros p.p. (all the other NH Hotels where i've stayed had that Service included in the Room Price). The window of our room was dirty: Hand-Stains/Fingerprints all over.

Review 13：Our biggest issue was the aircondioning. We had good A/C for the first three days and then it was turned off. A call to the reception revealed the hotel decided it was no longer necessary to provide this service as it is cold enough outside. Unfortunately the next five days proved otherwise waking up in pools of sweat..

Review 15：no service you need to do everything by yourselves. there were no - do not disturb- sign to hang on the door. we have asked for two saparate beds they have said "the beds are together if you want you can separate them by yourselves" asked for a sandvich to room service, eur 15 costed sandvich was full off salt.

Review 20：Pillows were not good. Too soft, too low and not in enough number to support my head/neck properly. Desk lamp has slits that let very birght light into your eye and blind you when trying to read/work on the computerl. Room decoration outdated.

Review 32：I was there for December 24th/25th and at no point during the booking process was I told that the hotel restaurant and bar would not be open these days, this would have massively influenced my hotel choice so I felt a little bit cheated by this.

Review 34：The midday receptionist was not nice and helpful at all. Realy short in his answers, didn't give any service. There are only 4 (!!!) parking spaces in front of the hotel. Other option is near the main road or a parking garage for 1 euro an hour (that makes parking nearly as expensive as the room for 1 night). The bar personel gave no services as well. When i cleaned my own table (they didn't do it) i got a harsh comment about it. Housekeeping was terribly late. When we went to dinner and came back our room was still dirty.

Room is clean, staff are nice people, basicly have everything you need, like power adapters for laptop, other electronic devices and so on for people who come from asia cities. overall is good for the money to stay for business purpose.

Review 128：I had a fantastic relaxing time at this hotel it is my second time here in 3 months. I travelled with my 9 month old baby and everything was excellent. The beds are so comfortable! The bathrooms are so clean! Every day my towels were changed and new soaps given. The breakfast was excellent and has a wide variety to choose from. The rooms are lovely and quite. Staff so friendly especailly with babies. The city is at walking distance and the train station is 5 minute walk from which you,can travel to the airport in fifteen minutes! So for business people thats fantastic. Thank you booking.com as I use your site for hotels everywhere!
