Review 1：it was cold in the room and the internet was very slow. no elevator to get to the room which was on the 4th floor.
Review 2：very central. we could leave our bags at the reception the day after. The bed was comfortable

Review 5：Very steep staircase without a lift. To get to the room with the luggage is a real problem. No assiatance from the personnal. Very dirty showerroom, it has not been cleaned for ages. No one at the reception at night time. If you arrive late it is a problem to get the room: need to call somewhere.

Review 8：Hotels main advantage is the location. Amiable staff. Wi-fi worked perfectly. A large room with views of the city. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped.
Review 9：Cleanliness of the room was poor, we found a chewing gum of some previous guest on the lamp and I didn't feel very safe as some guys entered by mistake in our room very early in the morning and presumably drunk, so I guess all the keys works for every room.

Review 24：The price. I think if you dont expect a lot its very good. The price for Copenhagen is very good and the hotel is situated also very good. The furniture is ok. Its just a normal hotel, for a normal price. You have your own bathroom - yes, it is small, but what do you expect for this price. For afew days stays it is perfect :-)

Cigarettes littering stairwell and stinks. Room was filthy. Room was misrepresented in booking.com. Completely unlike the pictures. Location is on main road noisy. Recommend stay at Zleep in istegade instead if you want value for money.l and proximity. No breakfast. There was no value in this stay whatsoever. Even the big screen tv in the room does not work. And the shower design. Who thought that one up? Young boys with their ladies in reception after dark. This hotel seems like a front for a different business perhaps?

Review 35：I had to drag my suitcase two floors up the stairs because there is no elevator and no staff to help you carry luggage. The room was so small that it could only accommodate a small bed and a table. No place to hang clothes. The shower was hung over a toilet with barely room to stand under it and water running over the toilet and on the floor. Totally claustrophobic, could not wait to get away.

Review 42：No extractor fan in bathroom, so it got very humid in there quite quickly. The shower is also extremely intimate and you don't have much space with the sink in the shower as well. It was a struggle up stairs that were at angles, with 40 kg luggage and then realising the TV did not work.
