Review 1：The staff of this hotel and Spa is as disorganized as it may get. Being connected to their own Spa, one would think they would try to do a better job for their hotel guests when they book the Spa. Totally useless, no bath robes or extra towels in the room, complicated booking system requiring 3 people. Spa uses the most outdated equipment bordering on health hazard, i.e. nail files etc. Their much touted breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are simply put terrible, old food sitting for two hours under their individual heat lamps, dirty dishes on every table around the diners while the staff is chatting in the back. I would fire the entire lot starting with the manager who allows this kind of circus in a hotel that claims to be 4 Star. I would not recommend this place to anybody for exactly these reasons.

Review 11：Overrated. Bad hygiene. Hairs in bath which couldn't be mine. You could hear all noise from other guests and I heared some cats. Appeared there was a whole group of people who took their pets: groce!! No view from room and I those hotel because of fitness but you have to fight the noise of the groupclasses of the very, very noise Spanish way of group fitness. Not relaxing!

Review 14：Wifi did not work at the 5th floor in our room. We had an early flight and the person at the frontdesk didn't say a word while checking out. What he said was in Spanish and he was not at all friendly. The breakfast we got to take was ridiculous. Alltough we did pay for a good breakfast like the day before. He didn't even tell us that the 1st metro to the airport was at 7.45, (it was 6.45 at that time) we had to find out after we bought a ticket at the station. We did not leave happy. To bad because otherwise it would have been a nice stay.

Review 15：The breakfast in the hotel was very good. Enough variety and tasty food. The room was spacious and tidy, the bathroom was clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpfull. Metrostation to airport and citycenter a few meters from the hotel.

Review 45：We were traveling from Barcelona to Seville and decided to break up the trip by stopping in Valencia. We got an excellent value at Hotel Olympia Valencia. The room was nice, wifi good, and the staff was very helpful. There was a good little cafe next door and a great gym. It is in the outer city but only 4 subway stops from downtown with the metro right across the street. There is a super market around the corner in case you need to stock up on travel supplies.

Review 46：We had to insist on double beds despite specifying same at the time of booking - they were offering 2 single beds (cheeky sods!) Their breakfast is not so fantastic - fried stuff too greasy/oily! And you have to toast bread yourself!

Review 48：The attitude of the receptionist on arrival was rude. As we could park in the disabled space outside the main door, I was able to walk to the front desk. The girl almost accused me by her tone and attitude of not being disabled. I speak Spanish fluently so it wasn't the case of not understanding. There was no chair in our room for me to sit on, just the bed. On leaving they had a very lax accounting system and we were charged for things we had already paid for through Booking.com. We found no access to the pool for wheelchairs, and we had booked the hotel for the pool.

Review 50：The only worry we had was on our last night at about 02.00am the fire alarm went off, when we tried to ring down to reception there wasn't anyone there to answer. A bit of a worry especially when you can't find out what was going on.
