Review 7：The hotel was dirty and smelled badly. The staff didn't even speak a word of English. There were no instructions sir directions in English. I really don't know why they accept English speaking guests. I would never again stay there.

Review 18：The Hotel rooms were very comfortable, the scenery from the rooms was amazing. Staff were excellent, very enjoyable stay. Could have stayed there for longer.

Review 19：- the rooms look a bit aged..old. The bed was not comfortable (you could feel the springs through the mattress).. ran out of hot water one morning (bit of a let down if you are travelling in winter)... A bit of modernization or renovation would make this a great place to stay...

Review 21：The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were really good. The children loved choosing their breakfasts and enjoyed making hot chocolate. We borrowed bikes most days and enjoyed the freedom of cycling without helmets. We made good use of the free entry cards that the hotel provides. They allowed us to use the cable cars and swimming pools for free, saving us about £200.

Review 22：My family and I loved this hotel! The employees were very friendly. My husband, friends and I were doing the Romantic marathon on Sunday really early and the older lady got up early with us and had our breakfast ready for us, even though breakfast didn't start until 8.
