Review 1：Location not brilliant, steep uphill climb. Not good for people of Limited mobility, although there was a free shuttlebus.

Young girl on reception filing nails uninterested in any guests queries. Free wifi in reception just didn't work at all - terrible!

Review 13：I went to Laguna park in november for my 30th birthday with 12 otherswe stayed 4 nights self catering hotel is sufficient for the price we paid pretty basic but it did exactly what we wanted a clean room to sleep in bar area is OK not really any entertainment but there are plenty of bars around a ten minute walk down the hill especially the Irish bar good fun kareoke and good drink prices I would also recommend siam water park it was absolutely amazing and only a 10 minute cab ride away and the whale and dolphin boat trip is also well worth the money all in all a really too holiday if you are not the fittest of people the hill is going to be a real problem for you its nick named cardiac hill

Review 14：Only that there are too many scooters on the esplanade and pavements in Las Americas and Adeje - don't know why so many able bodied people don't walk! Was up in San Juan and never seen any there.

Review 49：Hated the fact that people were reserving sunbeds at 6 o'clock in a morning then not seen sat on them till maybe lunch or after. Not enough mattresses for sunbeds or umbrellas for essential shade. Having stayed here before, we thought the range of food for lunch and dinner was not as good as used to be, although we did like the improvements to the range at the pool bar. Disappointed that we were often waiting for a clean plate to get our food or for the food to be replenished. One day, they had even run out of butter therefore had to have dry bread for lunch. Think they should also go back to being able to scoop your own ice-cream from a large tub in the restaurant, and need a better choice of deserts. Even though we were all inclusive, we went out to eat about 6 times in the 2 weeks for a change. Was nice, but got fed up of tuna, salad and chips. Was a nightmare getting served in the entertainment bar in an evening (there was no chance of getting drunk!) However, 2 days before we left they introduced `help yourself' beer pumps which was great and eased the queues.If you want a peaceful holiday, dont come here! It's very noisy. We didnt get a proper nights' sleep in the whole 2 weeks. It would appear that families come here and while the adults are trying to get as much beer down their necks as possible they let their kids run riot around the complex. We witnessed children chasing around, climbing on walls and in the plants and pointing lazer pens at people, and generally being let to just run out of control.The parents didn't seem to care so long as they could drink as much as possible. Young couple above us were a nightmare, singing shouting and swearing most nights till at least 3 in the morning. We did complain a number of times. Came home feeling more tired.

Review 94：Unfortunately, the sofa bed which I had to sleep on was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen had no cooking utensils and there were no baking trays to use for the oven, so we only had a microwave for the week. Luckily, it is extremely cheap to eat out so we did that every day instead.

Review 95：The location of the resort was perfect - was a lovely walk down to the beach and the harbour. The pool was fantastic and the entertainer who worked there (Jorge) kept me and my friends entertained around the pool. Was really well priced and our apartment was lovely, with a huge balcony overlooking a stunning view.

Review 96：The property is set up a hill and has a several levels some are fairly steep so if you have trouble walking you may find it difficult also I personally would not like to push a buggy up the slope from the restaurant to reception there are lifts but not directly to reception just up two floors. The hot water is not constant as we found out on our first night. I ran a bath leaving no hot water for my daughter to have a shower I called reception and they told me the tank held 30lLtrs and would take about 10 mins to warm up again .It did but it would have nice if we had been told before hand .Also the TV needs a card to work although it says for rent the card is actually free but we had to ask for it ,so again it would have been nice if we had been given it on check in. On the day we checked out we went for breakfast having packed around 9.30 only to come back and find the key card blocked so we could not get in at 10.15 to get our cases , so it needed another walk up the steep slope to reception to get it re activated! Very annoying as we were well within our check out time of midday .This could have been really awkward if we were pushed for time to get to the airport

Review 97：We enjoyed our stay it is a no frills basic type of place but the price did reflect that We were half board but we only had breakfast choosing to eat out at night the breakfast was fine typical of the Spanish take on a full English you wont find English bacon but that the way it is. The dining room is not that large so it could be busy in peak season?.We also had a car so the steep hill to get to it was fine.We took a taxi into Player Flanbe at night at a cost of 3 euro 20 taxis were always available and very fast!

But the Laguna 2 really tested my limited, dirty, run down and some of the worst rooms I have ever seen in 10 years travelling to tenerife. To make it all worst the staff are the rudest bunch I have ever experienced. If you don't have a stone iron tummy then avoid the restaurant at all cost, 1st night we had a baby cockroach crawling across the buffett and 2nd night the ceiling leaked on to our table, when brining it to the staffs attention they laughed. Other than the pool there is nothing good about the Laguna Park 2. Avoid at all costs

We had a wonderful 2 rooms apartment with big balcony and view from the mountain to the ocean and other buildings especially at night put us in a romantic mood. We had a car (parking was for free!) and there was not a problem to get to the beach for 5 min. BUT there is a free bus which would bring you to the beach and back almost each hour. Very nice staff who printed out our check-in.... super market in the same building where reception is.... free wifi ....in general this hotel is not usual - it consist of many little houses what makes it cozy and independent... you can buy tickets to different recreation parks there....I would recommend this hotel and stay there next time! :)

Review 122：The hill up to the apartments and the walk to reception from the pool... It would not suit elderly people or those with walking difficulties as there are quiet a few hills to walk even within the complex. There was no air con in the apartments and I would advise anyone to get a fan.

The food was also excellent and great value for money.All staff members were friendly and helpful. The complex is excellent for families especially for all inclusive....Our apartment was on the ground floor beside the pool a perfect location for us. :-)

Review 124：Kitchen practically not functional. Oven never worked. Kitchen furniture destroyed, bed wobbly, cockroaches everywhere. There was an old tube TV, but no remote control, and very bad quality picture. No wifi, no phone. The worst possible room facilities. The restaurant was not bad, neither was the food.

Review 126：Unfortunately this is on a hill which is a bit if a trek! And once in the complex it's also a bit hilly. I wouldn't recommend this for people with problems with their hips or legs or heart problems as the walk can be quite bad. Apart from this I have no complaints about this complex.

Review 127：The pool area is nice, huge pool and nice place to get something to eat. The apartments are lovely nice and big also very clean. Read reviews after I stayed here about cockroaches of which I only saw one at the pool. Unfortunately there was a few ants but nothing to worry about! Staff here were very nice and friendly also quite helpful as we arrived at the complex around 10am and wasn't due to check in until 2pm but was able to check in straight away.

Also some performers are provocatively dressed - this is a family holiday park children as young as 3-15yrs are sometimes out with their parents because of safety reasons - this should be taken into consideration. i think every room should becleaned religiously evry 48hrs not only when you have an issue.
