Review 1：Non soundproof walls and doors at all, location is good for the airport but far from the city center. Brekfast is delicious, but selection is limited.

Review 6：quality of food definitely needs improvement. Ordered 2 relatively easy dishes one local and one veg wrap it took 80 minutes. As the kids ran out of patience we had to go back to our room. The wrap was good and but the local dish was a big disappointment especially the goat meat tasted stale. Guys if you can make it tell the customer would have chosen something else

Review 8：I was charged for two nights even though I stayed only one night. Not only that, the froze $456,the equivalent of three nights, as security deposit and still 7 days later they haven't deposit the money back to my account.
Review 9：Went to visit family in a small neighboring town to Santiago. Quick from the airport. Hotel was easy to find. Very clean, excellent staff and facilities.
