Review 1：First hotel in my life that didn't have a directory or a hotel info book in the room. It was amazing the things we had to learn on our own or ask. There are certain privileges at certain price levels but they were never explained. Restaurants are a complete waste of time! Buffet is great. All in all... they fell short of the three forty a night price tab.

Review 2：Elba at the front desk was very pleasant, very helpful... a true professional. I enjoyed the proximity to the ocean. Nice new property. The room was really nice and more often than not the help went out of their way to make sure you were happy.

Review 3：No hot water, ants in room, no wifi in room , had leak from air conditioner that dripped on top of closet that leaked into closet and got clothes and shoes all wet.

Review 5：Very understaffed, which creates wait for everything - coffee, dinner, etc. Not capable to accommodate large crowds yet - constantly run out of beach towels, water etc. Very spotty Wi-Fi (unless you are by the reception area). Only 2 small restaurants serving entire resort, not enough to accommodate all guests, plus each had only half of the menu items available. Staff made great effort, but seemed like the management was not there to help make things easier or provide any apologies to guests (I'm talking about 45min wait before anyone takes your order at the restaurant!). Hopefully they can resolve these issues soon, as the resort has great potential. Also there were many large groups (some very loud), which made it less enjoyable for couples looking for a quieter romantic retreat.

Review 6：New property with modern design, clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, great entertainment every night, nice lounge music at the beach and pool, great food at the 2 restaurants (especially Dominican fusion), excellent coffee place.

Review 7：The hotel is somewhat under construction still and some of the facilities where not up to date. The Italian restaurant not only was NOT Italian, it was awful. Stay clear. The Dominican Restaurant was far superior.

Review 8：The staff is amazing. They are incredibly helpful and available. I was specially pleased with the animation staff, particularly Yuly and Junior who went above and beyond. I could not be happier with the helpful Robert in the Dominican Restaurant. I would go back and recommend.

No internet service for our work They offre free internet but this was not possible during our 4 night sur stay , which made working very difficult at this Time Breakfast service was very slow for coffee for the working people staying there who need to be leaving early in the morning

Review 10：The place was very clean and the staff very polite to your needs ! Had the Best night at the Organo Resturant ( à la carte ) the staff was very intertaining .

Review 11：Double charge fraud: We paid twice, as they made a fraud, by using twice a copy of our credit card receipt. They are thieves ! More than 900$ for 3 days. Shower leak: water all over the room. No hot water in shower !!! Hammer noises from room next door at 10pm. No wifi. This hotel is a joke, which is not funny at all. Hodelpa are burglars.

Review 13：Internet was not included. There was no SPA and other mentioned things in the offer from Booking.com. Water was coming from the bathroom and workers were still welding i.e. working on premises.
