Review 1：Free wifi does not work properly. I would prefer to pay to have better working wifi. Parking is quite limited. If the hotel is fully booked, you might have a problem with finding a parking spot.

Review 2：Location of hotel is easy to find. We stayed in the family room which was very nice.Small nice touch (complimentary bottle of water, and Christmas bath toys for kids) are very appreciated. Overall impression of hotel is of high quality.

Review 3：The wireless connection was literally non-existing. I was able to connect but couldn't open even a single e-mail. I claimed to the reception but they said "there is nothing to do"...

Review 5：The management is less of flexibility, did not consider customer's interest, I planned not to stay in hotel one weekend, but I booked room already, so would ask them either reimburse the rooms or switch the cost of room to other expenditure, got rejected.

Review 8：I loved the rooms, this is our second visit! I will keep coming back! Close to Movie Park Germany, close to Centre O shoppingmall restaurants and grocerystore. Very quit road. Free parking under and around the hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable, beautiful feels like 5 star hotel. We LOVE the stutters if you want to sleep in. Staff is always friendly and helpfull. I will visit Best Western Park Hotel every year!!

Review 9：family room had relatively small bed for 2 children. At reception they had some problem to understand my reservation. So I had quite a n unpleasant discussion before getting the room.

Review 19：Couldn't understand the level of complete discomfort when it came to the beds. For one, we got two beds instead of one double bed as we specified, and second--within minutes of laying down, we found ourselves sinking into the middle of each bed. after 3 nights you begin to feel your back hurting. Also no laundery services...which was a bit surprising. There are however an iron and an ironboard in the closet.

Review 20：Space-wise we booked a very comfortable room with a small office area and a large comfi bathroom--nice and clean and fun to return to after a tiring day of work. we were on a business trip. Decore is semi-updated, cozy and warm, breakfast buffet is generous and full of varieties.

Review 21：Unfriendly Receptionist when we check in. Staff don't even smile. Location is only good when you have car but if you don't have one, it's not recommendable. WIFI is poor. always have interruption or sometimes you don't have connection. We have Bed Sofa and it^s not comfortable. Pillows are too soft and it's almost flattened. Only 2 big Towels although you reserved for 4 Adults. This Hotel should not be graded as 4 Star. There's more to improved. Although it's look nice and clean. But it lack of facilities and friendliness of Staff compare to real 4Star Hotel. We didn't tried the Breakfast because it's too expensive. Good thing we just go there and sleep. We'll not go back here.

Review 25：The only cons I had was that there were no toiletries such as soap inthe bathroom to wash our hands with, so we made due with our packedsoap. Also, the typical small towels or face towels, we'd use tobath with were the size of hand towels. Otherwise great stay!

Review 30：Just 2 comments but neither would stop me coming back. We requested a non smoking room but there was definitely a smell of cigarettes. There was an ashtray on the table on the balcony and if smoking is allowed out there then you are certainly going to get some smell inside. Second thing was that virtually all the TV channels except news ones were in German and, while there was a DVD player attached, the DVDs available at reception were either inappropriate for kids or mostly German language. I would know to bring my own next time.

Review 31：We stayed here 4 years ago and the difference in the interior of the hotel and room was amazing. No longer shabby but now really chic. Super bathroom and jacuzzi bath with TV!! luxury! Great size sofa bed for the kids and very comfortable bed for us.

Review 32：Shower was amazing, room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Parking area was good and seemed like a safe area. Would recommend staying when you want to be able to reach an event at Konig Pilsner Arena, or to visit CentrO, Sealife Aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Center... easy, quick drive to those attractions.

Review 44：We reserved and paid for the largest room based on our needs and the pictures advertised. We requested a baby bed upon reservation. Upon check in we were told a baby bed wouldn't fit. We were given a much smaller room than we reserved as well as it smelled heavily of smoke. When we addressed the problem with the staff they were very rude and offered us the only room not occupied which had not been updated, also smelled of smoke and had mold. The staff was extremely rude. Very poor representation of the Best Western name!

Review 45：Good hotel. Excellent large range of breakfast covering all needs. Comfy clean rooms close enough to motorways and in a quiet town with all the amenities. Good also as accept pets.

Review 46：service from staff not good. we especially asked check-in staff regarding the on location restaurant and were NOT informed properly by the. when we walked into the restaurant at 7.15pm with 2 small children to have dinner we were informed we need a reservation to have dinner there and were refused a table. not good at all...hotel staff need to inform customer regarding this policy. VERY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF.

Review 49：I love this hotel. It was clean, very big, we had 2 kids and a baby cot. We all slept wonderfull. The shower was wonderfull. This hotel was a 5 min drive from the largest shoppingmall CenterO and about a 16 min drive from Moviepark. I will be back next year. Thanks to the lovely staff at the reception.

Review 52：Location. I booked this based on the free shuttle bus to CentrO. I understood it needed to be pre-booked but the hotel doesn't tell you it's only an 8 seater minibus! With a hotel this size it is likely to get booked up very quickly (ie 2 families!)I would not have booked this hotel as the bus journey is quite a way to CentrO. Nice rooms but the pillows are feather and do not provided any support. It is advertised that different pillows are on offer but when I requested this, I got two more of the same. People with neck problems or a feather allergy should avoid this hotel.

The restaurant next to the hotel excelled our expectations, the food was good and the service was excellent.The hotel was not as close to downtown as we expected, but the shuttle taxi free of charge was very useful and the driver was friendly and flexible. We also walked to the shopping mall Centro from the hotel, although the staff didn't think it would be a good idea and recommended the bus instead. The walk, although it took about 40 minutes, was actually very nice as we walked through a park and saw a bit more of the area. Can't understand why the hotel doesn't encourage a walk and provide a map of the route instead of giving you vague instructions to the nearest bus stop in the other direction.

Review 114：The mattress are too soft, couldn't get a comfort sleep. The housekeeper knocked the door and opened the door immediately that woke me up as I was trying to get a good sleep late morning.
