Review 1：The rooms remind me of Ikea where it looks good from afar but up close there are many little flaws (which did not bother me). We liked being away from the traffic of Old Town but every time we left the hotel, we had to walk to the river then climb 5 flights of stairs to get to Old Town. Taxis would not drive at such a short distance so we walked EVERY single time. Rooms on the street side including the awesome suites do get traffic noise.
Review 2：This new hotel is furnished in a modern style. The suites are spacious with an amazing sitting area. The bathrooms are perfectly good. The buffet breakfast is better than the rests of the hotels we've stayed at in Ecuador. The male staff was very helpful while the female staff was less helpful to English speakers. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport (10 minute drive).
Review 3：Extremely attentive and thoughtful staff throughout our stay. We got upgraded (only to accommodate our personal needs better) to the presidential suite, which was stunning. We had a special occasion to celebrate and got some sweet and unexpected surprises.

Review 5：What we love at this hotel, is that it is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. It is NOT on the crowded city center but is a close 5min walk to it, but we liked the fact of city walking as the streets are nice and clean. Here is where you should stay. This is a perfect business or vacation hotel, amazing and delicious food, fantastic view and strong wifi. Staff always go out of their way to accommodate & make us feel welcome. It is 10 min. from the airport. you could walk to a McDonalds or Dominos if you wanted to or taxis are quite cheap . This is our place for the purpose we need it when we go.

Review 7：Thursday night is race night and it was very noisy with cars zooming past hotel...but that is only Thursday night. Other nights were ok. Need more shelf space in bathroom and room; especially for 2 people sharing room
