Review 1：My room faced the main street and their was a taxi waiting area across the street. Through out the night they were congregating and speaking loud, very loud. My room was on the 5 th floor.

Review 5：They charged an extra $10 per room because they said I booked for one person only. But I booked two rooms, one for one person and the other for two, and I had asked for two beds when I booked, I clearly knew it was for two. When we asked for two keys is when they told us of the price change and we had already unpack and they did offer to change our rooms but we said no. So I think we ended up with smaller beds and smaller rooms too..But when I asked for the size of the rooms they told us that all rooms were the same size, but I saw other rooms in the same floor that had two beds and they were much bigger than ours.

It is located in the centre of the city and has a guarded parking offering you a free car wash. Clean rooms and free wi-fi. Definetly going back!!!

Beware there are not many economic hotels in the Business (non-touristic) city of Santiago. Recommend if you are not in Santiago for business, head straight to the coast and have a great time.

Review 73：This is a perfect business hotel with restaurant on site. It is located close the shopping streets of downtown Santiago and two blocks from the Historic site Fortaleza de San Luis. The Monument is within walking distance( 10 blocks) also, however for just $3 it would be easy to take a taxi almost anywhere. I even was able to get a taxi to the Coast (Sosua) for $70. The room comes with a reasonably priced mini bar. The Vista Restaurant on site had great ethnic food and served good drinks. Breakfast was also included in the price of the room daily. WiFi was high speed without interruption and if you didn't bring your own PC, there is a business center available for internet use. I felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel and would stay here again.

Review 76：The one thing that bothered me, and bothers me nationwide in the DR in the establishments that choose to not include taxes in their rates, was the fact that the price you see, via booking.com, is not what you pay. On top of the published price, you are charged 18% tax and, then, an additional 10% service charge, making the total close to 30% more than the room rate you started with. It's 100% legal and common practice, but it's always a bit of a shock when you get the bill... Still, it's not the hotel's fault, either.

Review 77：Once I worked out how to find it (my fault, not the hotel's...), the location is perfect: just off Calle del Sol and literally a short walk to almost everywhere. The staff, on the front desk, in the bar, and especially in the car park (my car got a flat tyre and they not only warned me, but also changed it, for no charge, after having already washed it for free!), were both efficient and really helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and had a great view, north, of the Monument and the cityscape. Welcome drink in the top-floor bar was both welcoming and just what I wanted after a long day, breakfast was buffet-style, plentiful, with eggs made just how I wanted them, and I was even allowed to use the room, well after check-out time, with no quibbling after a busy morning sight-seeing... In short, I could not have had a more pleasant stay!

But in my short trip, it would have been a waste of time. So it shouldn't say it has a pool.

Reason i havent learned anything since Ms. Blades has been here, im suppose to be training to be a manager but feel more like a personal secretary. Things i need to learn im not showed or told to "figure it out" 3 by 3 walk isnt done cause she doesnt schedual the time for "us to walk the store". Im suppose to write out the notes for the store and run the store but theres constant interference from her instead of guiding as i would assume is the proper roll of the store manager. How can i assume responsibility if im not given the oppurtunity to, as you instructed to. Im fustrated and need a teacher to get to the next level not fly with emotion and attitude to the staff as you once said bring excitment to the store but thats not the case as i may freely speak for the staff (Engagement!) I use to love coming to work everyday and now ive been trapped working for the talented jerk as Mr Jeff Rein once called it.

Review 108：I specifically requested a King bed away from the traffic and noise and paid a price for that. When we got there we were given a queen bed room with no other options, street front with a lots of traffic and people noise including gun shots that woke us up in the early morning hours and the hot water had to run for minutes wasting gallons of precious water before we got any hot water for our showers. I would never stay there again. Although the staff was wonderful and it was not their fault that what we got was not what we paid for.
