Review 1：A nice host but they really cater for the Spanish, not the English market as language was a bit of a barrier. The apartment, although nice, is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or very young children. Kitchen equipment could have been a little better but is adequate for a short stay.

Review 2：Excellent location for all amenities, parking not too difficult, and lovely local architecture. Town and harbour is beautiful with plenty of restaurants and artisan shops which although slightly expensive are really worth getting to see. There are good road links to the east, west and south with the spectacular Picos mountains on the doorstep.

Review 3：Noise If it is a hot night, there is no A/C, so windows need to be open, means noise from people in the square out until late and noise early morning from street clean up crew, local businesses getting ready.

Review 4：Good location, well decorated room, elevator, wonderful smell of bakery down below. Beach access (not to main beach tho) is just a 2' walk.

Review 5：No one showed us the lift at the back of the building so we carried our bags to the 3rd floor! Very small, not like the photos at all.

Review 7：The flat was very cramped and there was little privacy for two couples. It would just about do for two singles or a small family in terms of size. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning units were below both bedroom windows. We were offered a choice of flats but didn't realise this pitfall and chose the wrong one. The noise necessitated earplugs.

Review 8：Clean with helpful staff. The location is very good, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the centre and beaches.

Review 9：we lived in the appartaments on 3rd floor, two rooms for 4 persons. Kitchenware was limited: enough plates, but only two glasses, no cups at all. No air conditioneer. One or two days we felt very unpleasant smell from the window.

Review 11：Quite small apartment in general for the price. We were 2 adults and one small child. Parking was not easy to find near the apartment. Bathroom and Kitchette were just too small! Loved Ribadesella but would look for a bigger kitchen and bathroom if we are back next year.

Review 17：limited parking at apartments. Big car park close but up very steep hill. First night on ground floor and at 3am we were woken by loud noises of machinery and smells of baking from the bakers shop underneath. this went on until 6.30am. The owners moved us the next day after we complained but this would not have been possible had the apartments been full. not sure whether it would have happened every night but if so, it would have ruined the holiday.

Review 19：The room was in a converted loftspace and lacked daylight in thekitchen. It would have been good to have rubbish bags, dish cleaning kitand somewhere to put rubbish.

Review 20：GReat location in the old town and close to a beach. Really good accessto a range of activities and a very lively town. Accommodation wascomfortable and clean and staff were helpful.

Review 21：The apartment could be warmer and I didn't like how the bathroomopened up into the sitting room, directly under where the tv was, so ifanyone was watching tv, they'd be able to get a good glimpse of youin all your glory too after you'd come out of the shower. The twinbedroom also has an 'opening' half way up the wall thatconnected it to the sitting room/kitchen, giving very littleprivacy. Unfortunately, the apartment is not well stocked either withbasic extras like salt, pepper, sugar, washing up liquid, cleaningcloths, etc. These extras, although small, help with a satisfying stay.Perhaps the worse thing was how the cooker was painfully slow to heatup. It took me ages to cook a dinner. We ended up having dinner at11pm. I even had to cook the breakfast the night before as we watchedtv. And I don't know what it is about the Spanish apartments butnone of them have ovens. Yet they seem to adore the dreaded microwave,which I hate to use as a substitute for a proper cooker. Even a smallcounter top oven would do. Pity there are not more better stocked shopsnearby too.

Review 22：This apartment is in quite a central location within a short walkingdistance of a late opening supermarket (although it is a very basicallystocked supermarket). The apartment itself is clean, fair sized for 3people, and fairly quiet.
