Review 1：Street noise, could have had more comfortable furniture, could have had a microwave, wifi was iffy, kept cutting out. For breakfast, should take advantage of the great fruits in Ecuador

Review 3：Rebeca and Simon, the hosts of the Cuenca Suites were some of the finest people you will ever meet. Extremely helpful with whatever you may need assistance with. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items. Also plenty of hot water with pressure to spare. Close to everything, yet quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Couldn't have found a better place. I will be back!

Review 9：This place is a excellent when you want a spacious apartment, fully equiped, that is close to historical center. A step up in prcie from hostels, sure, but the shower is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable. And it's very safe. Would be great for a couple staying 3 nights or more though I was solo. Best of all though are Rebeca and Simon who were so friendly in greeting me and Rebeca even helped me organize excursion to El Cajas and booking the Nariz Del Diablo train in advance. Don't be afraid to stop by the office and ask questions. Tip: Nice little breakfasts in the french themed cafe out front.

Review 13：The hot showers available were fantastic after many days of traveling with only cold showers available. The suit was well-removed from street noise and was quiet and comfortable.
Review 14：The street noise is a little bit of an issue if you get a street side room and are a light sleeper; however, they do provide ear plugs and they have built sliding sound barrier doors to the street side windows/doors.
Review 15：Simon and Rebecca and their staff are excellent hosts. Very attentive to their guests needs. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The location is excellent. A few minute walk to the center of town and several good restaurants right around the corner. On a main boulevard so taxi access is swift. Our two bedroom suite had a nice kitchenette and everything we needed and was very clean. They were also very close to having their own small restaurant completed and it was decorated very nicely. The breakfast that we ordered two mornings we were there was excellent especially for $6 per person.

Rebeca and Simon were proactive in providingall comforts we could need and unselfishly went over and aboveexpectations when they left us wine and chocolates in our apartmentbefore Christmas Eve :) Unfortunately, our Spanish-speaking skills werenot where we had hoped they might be prior to arriving in Ecuador;however, Rebeca and Simon both speak beautiful English and made phonecalls for us (for restaurants, airlines, taxis) without hesitation. Theyare prepared with recommendations, if you desire, and know the area verywell! The accommodations are beautiful, efficient and extremely well-maintained. They serve a very satisfying continental breakfast with lotsof local fresh fare :) The cleaning staff is delightful, and thorough,as well. We highly recommend staying at Cuenca Suites when you are inthe area!!

Review 34：Our family loves the size of this apartment/hotel. With the 2 full bedrooms and large sitting area and full kitchen, we always have a place for everyone. The location is on the edge of the city so, a little less hectic yet still close enough. The owners and fabulous and so accommodating, even arranging a birthday cake for my son on our last trip. They even took into consideration my previous comments and added a microwave to the unit. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else while in Cuenca. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
Review 35：The wifi in our apartment did not work in the bedrooms, but was perfect and strong in the living area. It only took a little adjustment, but it was still great.
Review 36：We loved everything about our 2 bedroom apartment stay at Cuenca Suites. Our group consisted of 3 adults and one rambuncious 7 year old. The space was extremely comfortable and clean. It felt like a luxurious hotel with all the comforts of a home stay (the kitchen and livingroom areas were exactly what we needed and the cable was great to keep the little one entertained). It was walking distance to the center and to Calle Larga. Our hosts, Simon and Rebecca kindly accomodated our early arrival. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this for persons traveling with little ones.
Review 37：Nothing really. The saturday night party was not their fault. Simon is already thinking about a solution to it and I am sure the sound-proof glass he promised for the rooms affected will be provided soon.

Review 40：We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and was surprised at the size of the place, its huge! The decor is tasteful, clean and modern. All the appliances and fixtures are brand new and top quality. When traveling with small children it is great to have the space and security of a closed courtyard, another added bonus. The owners were great. I would highly recommend staying here. We traveled with a group and we were all very pleased with this place.
Review 41：My husband and I stayed at Cuenca Suites for a couple of days while vacationing. What a pleasant experience!!! Starting from the booking part of the trip.. Easy, secure and effective (given that I had to change my reservation only 2 days prior and there was not an issue). The hotel is close to the airport and the bus terminal and has the perfect location in town. It is within what is considered downtown. You can walk to the Central Park and cathedral in a matter of minutes but also be a couple of blocks away from all the noise and traffic. There's tons of restaurants and bars around but it's not loud at all and private. The facilities are BRAND NEW. Everything is super clean and the rooms are very spacious. There's a kitchen area with a fridge and plenty of space to move around. The bathrooms are very comfortable and spotless! Our suite was for 2 people and it was big!!! The bed was really comfy. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owners are so friendly and extremely helpful and accomodating. We had a rental car with us to go on further trips and the on-site parking was great! I recommend Cuenca suites to anyone. Whether you're staying only a couple of days or an entire month. The prices are very reasonable and truly, you have everything you need in the vicinity.
