Review 1：Dinners were not great! Surprising for a 5* hotel.

Review 2：Beautiful villas, spa and public areas. We stayed in villa Kentia which was tastefully decorated (some of the website pictures look a bit full on!). Loved the living room/ terrace views of the mountains and sea. Outdoor bath was also a highlight (plus gnt)! Staff were super helpful and came to fix things/bring items quickly. Babysitting service was great for our night off. Kitchen with washer /dryer was super useful when travelling with infant. Hotel also provided nice travel cot and high chair.

Review 3：Road noise by one bedroom villas spoilt our stay - unable to fully relax by our private pool but we upgraded to bigger villa and then it was perfect

Review 5：We liked everything (only recommendation is that you need a car to get around, which we did, as the hotel is too far to walk to the beach or to go anywhere else); also worth flagging that a street passes the hotel (i.e. likely your terrace/pool area of your room) which is not busy (couple cars an hour) and generally did not disturb us.

Review 11：Booking.com providing incorrect info on their site. Having to book a villa too large, accommodating 6 rather than the place providing an extra bed for our youngest child (8) in a 2 bedroom villa. Gym shouldn't be advertised as it's not really there.

Review 12：Really good service and staff. Beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and private. Close to lovely beaches and nice restaurants as well as the various waterparks.

Review 13：Although the pool itself and the surrounds were beautiful, we were not tempted to use it as it was rather public. The whole hotel area seemed to be squashed into too small a space, and was a bit in the middle of nowhere, although we knew this before we arrived.

Review 14：Our villa was spacious and included everything we needed. The bed was amazing and everything was kept very clean. All the staff were exceptional -helpfull and very pleasant. The variety of flowers and plants, both in and around the villas, and the ornaments and decorations everywhere we're stunning. The dining room was quite out of this world.

Review 15：The villas are located next to a very noisy road opposite a golf range which I would assume in the busier months would see even more people coming and going than during our visit! We stayed for one night in an hotel a few miles up the road and if the villas had been built there or somewhere like that it would be perfect! There was no freezer compartment in the fridge (which also never seemed to get items truly cold) so we had to request ice cubes, however, after a couple of days being there the ice bucket was topped up each morning :-) the fridge was also stocked with too many of the villas own cans, bottles, sweeties etc leaving little room in the fridge for your own items

Review 16：Spaciousness of the villa. The semi private swimming pool (see note above on the busy road and golf range) The gardens were beautifully maintained. We were on a half board basis, and although the food was absolutely wonderful, the menu became repetitive after a few days. That said the hotel did offer an option to eat at one of there other locations if you wanted to travel back out for the evening.

Review 17：We had a slight problem with a humming sound from a pump from from the pool. However, it was quickly fixed when reported. The breakfast was not on hot plates, so at times could be not that hot.

Review 18：The Villa was great, the people very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. It was an outstanding place to relax in.

Review 19：Fantastic service and facilities. The villa Habana (majestic villa) was perfect with a wonderful private pool. We had the sun in our little garden until gone 4pm which was wonderful and would then go for a swim in the gorgeous main pool with stunning views. Breakfast was yummy too.

Review 20：Reception meeting was rather unfriendly. We were strangling around the resort until the other guests checked it. Nobody offered a drink nor even said hello.

The receptionist was very strict and not helpfull when i asked if we could stay 1 extra hour in the room even though I offered to pay extra, the manager was so kind to help us out, since my husband had an imported meeting that he had to take...

Review 70：There is a speed hump right below the one bed villas on quite a busy road which causes the traffic to slow down and then speed up. This created quite a lot of noise, especially from lorries going up the hill.

The half-board included, could also be used for room service or dining at 3 absolutely amazing restaurants in the nearby city. The view was absolutely stunning from our villa, the accommodation spotless, private pools superb and the bed was the best I've encountered by far. 10/10 for me.

Review 75：Great escape location if you need to calm down and relax away from the world. Close to coast cities and villages with excellent local cuisine. 5 mins taxi ride maximum. Very friendly and "invisible" personnel. You get a feeling that are alone in the entire location. SUPER quality vacation!

Review 77：We were told soft drinks, champagne etc would be served around the main pool. To be greeted with some warm lemonade and out of the packet tea/coffee was a bit of a let down. We were also surprised that no complimentary water was provided for our stay. Considering the cost of a room per night a few bottles of water would be a minimum expectation in my opinion. Maybe this is just an abu dhabi/dubai thing but all the hotels there provide water without any charge. Also a lack of customer service from staff. When we arrived it took us about an hour to check in because the receptionist continued to answer the phone every minute instead of focusing his attention on the guests who he was checking in. Evening meal at le jardin was a little pretentious and lacked any depth to the menu. Only ate here because it was part of the half board.

Review 78：Outstanding views in every direction. A truly luxurious location. Villa sol was immaculate inside and out. Loved the private pool, external shower room and a four poster bed to die for. So many nice little touches made the difference here.

Review 79：The only down side we found was the surprising lack of complementary items. Not even water was provided in the fridge everything was to be paid for via the mini bar. No complementary tea, coffee or milk.

Review 103：Beautifully designed layout of hotel. Villa was extremely comfortable with everything you may require. Staff were friendly, efficient and went about their duties in a quiet manner. The staff seemed to know what you required before you had a chance to ask for it. The dining staff were very efficient and the breakfast was super. We ate twice in the dining room and had room service once - food superb. We were even brought ice and chocolates to our room every day. Also suggestions for things to do the next day, but we were so comfortable on our beautiful terrace, that we spent a lot of time there. La Calet is a pretty littile village and walkable from the hotel. Supermarket very close by. Golf course across the road. I intend to go back to the Royal Garden Villas as soon as possible!
