Review 1：They should find an agreement with the loval telephone Co. as you can not make a telephone call from your room. Local or Inter- national
Review 2：Quite a modern building with all the facilities that a Hotel require.
Review 3：Actually it is a struggle to find a single negative. And this is really pushing; if anyone, absolutely, positively, cannot walk one quarter mile to old town Cuenca then might consider a hotel in Cuenca downtown. And if you are driving a gigantic gas guzzler from the seventies, this hotel's parking is not for you.
Review 4：It is a perfect hotel. Over sized room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, spic and span modern bathroom and most importantly staff going out their way to satisfy you. One lady with a perfect English and the other one with an adequate English to communicate, always with a smile ready to help in whatever a tourist, a businessman, or a family may need.

Super bien ubicado y la atención de todo el personal en especial de las señoritas que atienden en el counter, es excelente, sumamente atentas y serviciales. Mi esposa y yo estuvimos muy felices durante nuestra estadía.
