Review 1：The flat is tiny the kitchen/lounge/dining room is only 12'x12' no kettle, no coffee maker no toaster no cereal bowls no implements. The patio door was broken, no heating.no wifi. Check in at separate building three blocks away and not at the times advised. Be very aware not to English peoples standards.

Review 3：The reception took without informing me, the price for first night off my credit card. Booking.com said we could cancel for free up to 24 hrs before arrival. the email confirmation from the reception reg booking told me that they charge a fee (%) !!!
Review 4：I received a call to advice were to collect key as reception from Leo Bruno is not open in autum / winter. we could check into the apt already from 10 am onwards, the policy said from 5pm. We could stay longer on the day we left. the plolicy said 10 am, we could stay till mid day BUT it is off season.

Review 10：Excellently located well-run apts. Nice territory, easy access to the beach (dunes). The apt itself is not too large but we still liked it very much for its good equipment, lovely design, large terraces with magnificent views over the ocean and Guadiana delta. Probably the only thing which might be disappointing for some people is that there is no elevator while stairs are not too convenient to climb onto the second floor with lots of luggage. The only negative thing which is worth mentioning is getting (and even returning) the key. Despite I informed them on my late arrivel via email and reservation comments, nobody replied me. Based on reviews, I was ready for that getting the key would be really tricky, and it was an adventure indeed. Fortunately my third attempt to call their phone was successful, and it finally allowed us to find their main office and thus get the key rather quickly, just about 20 minutes! However returning the key appeared much more a hard task. There we no any explicitly marked dropboxes etc. We wanted to go away at 8:30am (while their local reception had to open at 10:00am). Their main reception (on Avenida de la Playa, 6) was also closed at that time. So I had to call onto their phone number... it was not too easy to communicate this time... so I had just to drop the key into their postbox.
Review 11：Waited 2 hours for reception to open to discover it was shut for the season (I don't read Spanish!) and the keys to the apartment were at another hotel a mile away. After eventually finding the other hotel and getting the keys from a non English speaking receptionist we gained access to an exceptionally small apartment. We don't believe this to be the fault of Leo San Bruno but Booking.com for not informing us of any details prior to arrival. This was the only frustrating experience of a wonderful 3 week holiday.

Review 13：Booking.com says nothing is charged on the credit card, but we were arriving on 11th and on the 7th, 4 days before, 1 night was charged to the credit card. Kitchen, dinner and living room are very small, but ok for some days.
Review 14：Location, near beach, access direct to the beach, nice balcony, staff extremely friendly, guarded compound, parking space inside the compund, playground for children.
Review 15：Reception at San Bruno was closed and we had to check in at a different Leo compound. They could have warned us in advance but they didn't. It took about 6 phone calls before we got this information. The people on the other end of the phone spoke no English and we were left to find the other location on our own without directions. Once in the apartment the family next door were very noisy until 12 o'clock at night. There appeared to be no insulation between the rooms or to the hall. The next night our neighbours had left and it was much better. The furniture was very old and tired. There was no way 2 adults and 2 children could be accommodated as the table and chairs did not leave enough space. We will not be returning.

Alternatively, you can leave your credit card details as a guarantee.During July and August, apartments are cleaned every day except Saturdays and public holidays. For the rest of the year, cleaning takes place once a week. This includes a change of bed linens and towels. The cleaning of kitchens is not included.Please let Leo San Bruno know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.From June 15 to September 16 check-in takes place at the apartments from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm.
