Review 1：Exactly what is needed. Staff is not rated as it was not used. Everything automated, modern hotel. If you do not have a car it is not your place. Beside that I am in love to this hotel. Close to A100, to in the centre in 30 minutes by car.
Review 2：Until Brandenburg Airport is finished, however, the location is terrible and not very accessible with public transportation. An infrequent bus and taxis are the only options.
Review 3：They have a friendly staff, it's a new building, and there's breakfast included (although I left too early in the morning to try it). Temperature control in the rooms, flat-screen tv, free Wi-Fi.

Review 8：It seems to be near airport, but it is located at the other side of the airport entrance, in the middle of nowhere, impossible to get airport by walking and no public transport also. We tried ask for a taxi, but there wasn't staff at reception in the morning, internet didn't work and no phone to call. We almost missed our flight because it was impossible leave the hotel.

Review 11：WiFi: Free but slow. At least one member of your party must have a German mobile number to receive verification when signing up. Tip: you can all sign up with the same number but you'll need that person to give you your access code. No food aside from breakfast except for machines. No in-room coffee or tea.
Review 12：Cleanliness and value. The amenities are few but for the price it's excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful; they even arranged for my taxi early the next morning. Pleasantly surprised that I could not hear any planes even though I could see them close by out the window.

Review 18：Located 5 km from the airport, at night you can get there only by taxi which may be very expensive. During night hours there is nobody at the reception desc and to get into hotel you need to check in online in the machine next to the doors.

Review 20：Close to the airport there is not really places to eat, only McDonalds (by car 5min.) But for sleeping and leave next day, it is a good hotel. Outside Berlin, so your are quicker on the road again.

As a chainhotel, it has compact, but very clean rooms with unifique equipment(psychedelic carpet is especially interesting). As regards myexperience, staff was smiling and helpful; beds were a little bit soft,breakfast moderate, although a little bit pricey. I would recommend foreverybody who wants to spend a night close to airport, or wants to sleepclose to highway due to early wake-up the following day. Tip for gettingto hotel, as most of gps do not have actual data: exit on"Brandendurg airport" (actually it is the next exit afterWaltersdorf/resp. Schönefeld Süd in other direction), then the firstright exit is Berliner Chausee - try to look at reliable google mapsbefore you go.

It is far from central Berlin I'm not convinced the staff replaced our towels daily, which concerned me The beds are TOUCHING. Like at first, I thought it was a king sized bed. It can be awkward.

Review 51：The hotel is literally miles away from the airport terminals and it cost €25 to get there in a taxi at 11.50pm. The first taxi we got from the airport had no idea how to get to the hotel given the complicated road network. After 40 mins we returned to the airport got in another taxi and had the same issue all over again. The hotel is not on sat navs yet. There is literally nothing around this hotel. As advised by reception; in the morning we had to take a bus to the nearest train station and then wait over an hour for a train into the city. Also be aware that its self checkin.

Review 102：We arrived arround 00am, nobody at the reception, so we had to check in ourselves in the "check in" self service machine. At the first time, there was no code printed on the ticket, we've figured it out after trying all other random numbers from that paper slip for 20mins. Eventually we get in to the hall after printing the new ticket from that machine. Then again problems with typing the same code at the room's door ( 00.30, and nobody alive in the nearest 100metres ).After another 20mins we decided to come back down to the hall, fortunatelly we found the 24hrs help line phone number, after 5mins some guy came in and disappeared in his office for another 5mins, eventually he came back saying there is something wrong with the door's lock/computer, so he will open the room using his key, all of that took about 1.5h, that's not what I wanted after 5 hours of traveling with the bags. I wouldn't be suprised so much if I didn't work in Customer service serving german people every day, and knowing their high expectations. I thought, "everything is perfect" in their own country...well, it wasn't, eventually from planned 8 hours of sleep I slept only 6, as I had to leave early morning.

When we arrived all the parking places were taken. So you have to search parking place in the nearby streets. We could hear traffic and planes.

Review 110：It is illegal to reach this hotel on foot from the airport: it is connected by a highway so need to pay a taxi circa €12 to take you there after 8pm. It is in the middle of a vast, deserted development building site and there is no bar or restaurant: all you can get for lunch or dinner is snacks from a vending machine in the hotel lobby. During the day you have only two buses per hour to connect you to Berlin or the airport. No-one at reception at night. Automated check-in means that to get inside the hotel door you have to pay by card despite specifying cash payment option at booking. Partitioning walls between rooms not thick enough: I could hear the words of next door's Skype-call home. In the morning hotel manager would not assist with a phone call in German to book another hotel: as a result I was a victim of a prank & ended up with a fake booking for an non-existent hotel. Good value hotel for car owners who can speak German. Bad choice for late flight tourists

Review 117：Don't book this hotel b/c it's cheaper than the otherairport hotels!!! You will spend more than the difference on cabs to andfrom the airport (at least 15 euro each), because unlike the others itis a 10 minute drive to Schönefeld airport. It is right beside the newBrandenburg airport that is not yet open. There is no 24 hour reception(there is automated checkin) and the ony way to the airport is taxi orbus (which is infrequent). You need a cell phone for the internet code,which I didnt have.
