Review 1：Is fair price , you should be carefully when u book as the bath room is shared one ..... Location is near to the train station ( 10 minutes walk ) Is classic clean small hotel

Review 4：Too early chek-in close at 9:00pm I arrived at 9:20pm All doors were closed, lights off, came from long distance, I can't speak German. no phone, managed to get in with help of unknown person.

Review 12：The staff at the reception desk was unhelpful and rude. Even tough we reserved the room three months prior to arrival, this woman at the reception desk didn't even look at the reservations list and insisted that we could get a room only till tomorrow. Then she proceeded to call her boss ignoring the fact that we have have presented ourselves and insisted that we have a reservation through booking.com. After a good hour or so we finally convinced her to look at reservations and then she proceeded to make us a bill for another half and hour. We paid and finally got the see our room. Because of this we lost a good amount of time during the first day, time better spent sightseeing. In addition, it turns out she made another mistake by charging us less. So when we were returning to the hotel that evening she burst out of the nearby cafe chasing us down the street. She than insisted we come tomorrow at 4pm just to give her the money she forgot to charge us without any explanation or apology. Additional notes: Lots of confusion at check-in and afterwards No hospitality and poor language skills from staff Wasted over an hour just to get into the room Very costly wi-fi The beds were separated Dusty room with a stale odor Strange bathroom layout Shared terrace with a big window that lets in light early in the morning Window could not be opened because its mechanism is stuck Noisy from airplanes that take off nearby Some distance from the train station Way too expensive
