Review 1：The bed was beautiful but uncomfortable!
Review 2：The hotel is very good located on the lake. Our room, number 8, was so beautiful! Wide and cosy, bed with canopy, very warm (good for for Italians travelling through north Europe!)

Review 4：The room was really nice, big enough and with all the comfort. The bathroom was really good and the room was extremely functional. Quiet place instead of the close position to the road.
Review 5：Pretty basic but comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Good location for warmer weather as it had great access to the lake and beautiful countryside. Very friendly service and dinner in the restaurant was excellent (better schnitzel than I had in Vienna!)
Review 6：Little privacy as floor-to-ceiling windows are in front of hotel. Bathroom fan automatic, and only turns off by itself 5 minutes after lights are off, at night very bothersome. Shower faucet is a pop button which needs to be always pushing. Quite bothersome.

Review 8：Owner has very odd way of doing business: under promise and over deliver. Why would you want happy, satisfied customers? We paid for an economy room and stayed in a suite. Natural setting across from a small lake. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Review 9：We had a very good staying during our Danish holidays spent over there for 10 days. Staff was very helpful, professional and kind in any occasion giving us every kind of information on what to visit nearby and what to do around. The owner, was very friendly and always full of attention to its guests. Our room was bright and comfortable even if not too large. Bathroom is ok, but it needs a little renovation to become perfect. This hotel is very well located on Knud Lake in front of a public equipped beach and has a very good restaurant service where delicious meal are served. Free bike rental is also available as well as a big free parking. Breakfast was good and of quality too. We will be back again next time in Denmark ! Thank you.

Review 13：When we arrived, we could not get dinner, as that was closed at 8 PM. But after some negotiations, we got some Food that was left. In the morning, we could not get breakfast until after 8 am, and that was too late for us. We were never told about early dinner and late breakfast. Disappointing

Review 15：We discovered this hotel had become available a few weeks before our trip, and jumped at the chance to stay. Due to an error with our initial booking, we where in constant contact with the management, who not only rectified the issue, but went above and beyond to make us welcome and a guaranteed customer should we ever be in the area. Due to our visit being over the Xmas period, we where unable to sample the facilities due to family commitments, rest assured, if they are anything like our accommodation, they will be spot on! During our stay, we found the management to be professional, the rooms/cabins to be clean and it helped make the holiday season that little bit more special!
