Review 1：Self check-in machine took higher than agreed amount. Despite receipt quoting non-smoking room stunk of smoke and had an ashtray so couldn't stay there and checked out as partner requires inhaler and was coughing severely. No refund as apparently you have to confirm with hotel non smoking so option selected is irrelevant. No refund offered.
Review 2：Perfect location if you need to get to the Schoenefeld AirPort in the early morning! The rest is alright, i dont have anything to complain about as also anything notable to mention.
Review 3：In the showers there are no curtains, if you like more privacy this Pension is not for you at all. Still about privacy, I spent there 2 nights with gf and after one afternoon out we came back and our room has been cleaned and our stuff tooked out of place with no warning at all. If you want Wifi with bad signal you have to pay 3 euro for a password

Review 5：The option of having a double bed is an illusion - I've been offered two separate beds for me and my wife. The lady from the staff didn't care completely. Most importantly - absolutely no heating even though it was December!!! It was freezing! The whole place is unsafe - the "hotel" is located in three barracks, breaking in to one of the rooms is as easy as breaking it's window. Walls are paper thin, we could hear every movement of our neighbour. The rooms are ugly, old, uncomfortable. The TV in the room with a 15 inch screen didn't work. Day before we stayed in an excellent hotel close to the city centre, for almost the same price!

Review 9：This is very very basic accommodation. It looks like an old army barracks or school boarding house. Don't expect anything fancy - the bathrooms/showers are communal. But if all you need is a place to sleep before heading to the airport then it's great.
Review 10：Excellent location if you need to get to the airport quickly. I left the hotel at 05:20 for a 06:30 flight. Clean, comfortable bed.
Review 11：The only two things I could pick at were the timing of the sensor lights in the men's toilet was too short to complete the task at hand and, secondly, the hot water did not work in either the men's toilet washbasin or the kitchen. Luckily there was nothing wrong with the kettle.
Review 12：Having not been to Germany before, I did not know what to expect. My budget was low so value was paramount, privacy also. The stay was pleasant and within easy walking distance of a B sector S-Bahn, a bar, a netto and a very nice pizza restaurant.

Review 22：- it is wonderful to sleep on the ground floor where the window goes just wide open = stuffy all night - no staff = no hygiene in toilets - key will delivery machine = no chance to ask staff to help or etc.

Review 25：The hostel is badly neglected,it resembles a homeless shelter. Furniture and equipment are from the 70. The apartments are on the ground level and the houses are surrounded with plants and grass no one looks after so opening the window is welcoming a whole collection of bugs and insects to your room. Floor dirty. Showers automatically turn off after 20 sec. Light in the bathroom after maybe 5 min. So if you take a shower in the evening it is in complete darkness. As for such conditions -- terribly expensive.

Review 29：It was really cold, because the heater didn't work. I woke up in the morning and thought Global warming must be a lie, the bed sheet was so thin! The light in the toilet was horrifiedly blinking. The place is good located if u need to catch a plane early or if u r trying to find somewhere to stay when arrive late. I am not asking much for this price but people shouldn't be freezed living in a pension.

Review 32：This is a hostel so you can't except much in terms of comfort and staff friendliness, although I have stayed in other hostels before with much better service. The staff member at reception was not very helpful on check in and he was just eager to give us the key and move on with his day. It was extremely cold in our room, the heater was not working and this was not nice since it was a temperature below 0 outside. We had to sleep with our clothes on. There was no phone in the room to call reception and you had to walk outside in the cold to speak to someone. The reception closed in the evening anyway. Female toilets facilities were located together with showers and you could lock yourself in from the inside. A group of women locked themselves in, presumably taking a shower, and this meant there were no access to the female toilets in the building. This was not very nice and I had to use the male toilets.
Review 33：The location was fairly good for Schonefeld Airport. Cheap internet: 2 euros for one week.
Review 34：Facilities could be better. The house I stayed in had transparent doors in the female showers. The TV and heater wasn't working and since it was New Year's Eve and I checked in quite late, I couldn't get them fixed.

Review 38：The taxi drivers did not want to take me to the place because of the short location between the pension and the airport. They told me that they do not know this place, and only the 4. driver took me there despite the hostel is located about 1,5 km away from the airport. It was a really sad experience, I would like to see more professionalism by the transportation service. This is not the fault of the place by the way.

Review 41：This is the best option of you are looking for a place just to pass the night. take a showed and go. It is clean. I arrived after 9 pm and left before 4 am, so I even didn't interact with the stuff.
Review 42：The linoleum covered floor is really smelly. You need to leave the window open which is not possible while you are away since there is just one floor and anyone can jump into the room. The floor definitely needs improvement. Although it was below zero, shortly after midnight the central heating was meagerly on, just enough to make sure that the pipes won't freeze. I guess someone had complained because at 8 AM after I woke up the heating was fully on. I don't mind cool temperatures so I was fine but others can find this intolerable :)) They should consider WiFi access - this will be huge improvement since the location of the pension is really close to the airport and this will attract more business travellers,
Review 43：Excellent location, just 20 mins away from the airport by walking. Nice and quiet area. Helpful guy at the front desk. The shared facilities were in good condition. One of the 2 beds in my room was good (although the other one was squeaky, glad I was alone :))) )

Review 59：Great location: 20 minutes walking from the airport or 3 from the S-Bahn station. Good Wi-Fi, washing machine, lots of restrooms (no queues), well-equipped kitchen, barbeque, a sink in every room. Everything is very clean.
Review 60：One of the employees couldnt see why he should make a kettle available for us, because house regulations dont mention such a thing. After a long and at times heated negotiations he relented and agreed to provide us with 2 mugs of hot water. And no, he didnt spit into them, maybe because I looked :-)

Review 62：The best value option if you miss your flight and have to stay overnight near the airport. It's very basic but it's clean, dry and warm. There's a few eating options around including the hotel just over the road, and the train station is a few minutes walk away.
Review 63：The room is noisy. You can hear the trains passing, the heavy main door closing, your neighbours from the other rooms snoring, babies crying and groups arriving at night, cleaning staff chatting in the corridor, their phones beeping, and the daily vacuum cleaner. Even your own tiny fridge is very noisy. So do not forget your earplugs if you want to be able to sleep. Cleaning staff HAVE to come and check your room every morning, there is no way to escape from it, even if you request no cleaning, even if you insist. So do not come here if you are working at night and need to sleep until noon, because they will still knock on your door every morning. Housekeeping staff do not speak english. The receptionnist wanted me out one morning, knocking loudly at my door while I was trying to sleep after a night shift, questioning me in a none friendly way, and although he was mistaken i had to prove my reservation was until the next day. Curtains do not cut any daylight. Ladies shared bathroom has a window without curtains facing the large building on the other side of the street. You need to be exactly in front of this window to access the shower boxes. The towel is not wide enough to cover an average size person, and there is nowhere in the shower to hang clothes. So forget about your privacy. Showers have glass doors. Bathroom looks clean but strongly smells like urine. Kitchen was out of order during my 10-day stay. Wifi is not free. If you need an airport shuttle you have to use the other hotel's shuttle for 5€. I will not go back there.

Review 68：Super friendly staff. The guy at reception was very warm and helpful despite the fact I arrived half an after before check in closed. Rooms are very clean, as is the bathroom. And I managed to get a shuttle to the airport for just €5. Cleaning staff all smiled as I walked down corridors. Although I never used them, there is a tv and a fridge for if your staying more than a night. There's also plenty of plugs to charge electricals. Was very pleased overall.

Check-in for the rooms in the guesthouse (as opposed to the apartments) is available Mondays to Fridays: 2 pm – 9 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 6 pm – 9 pm. Payment is due upon arrival.Arrivals after 9 pm can be carried out at the check-in machine in the lobby at reception. Here it is only possible to pay with credit card (VISA, MasterCard and Maestro) or a valid EC-card. Should you be arriving after 9 pm, please let the guesthouse know in advance.Check-out is possible up to 11 am. Late check-outs need to be confirmed by the guesthouse in advance.Check-in for the apartments is only possible during the week between 9 am and 2 pm. Both apartments are located about 650 feet from the main building. Keys can be picked up at the front desk.
