Review 1：The Internet connection was horrible, especially for someone who comes due to business.Additionally, it was very uncomfortable to have another guest enter my room (luckily while I was in it, as well as all my things) due to the receptionist making a double booking to the room.

Review 2：The staff was friendly and happy to answer all questions and help with anything needed.

Review 3：Bar closed on monday's if there no footy on! WiFi is pretty poor if your room is above level 1, the breakfast wasn't great.

Review 6：The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Due to a sponsorship by different food companies, each room has a different topic and style. Food in the restaurant was very nice, great quality. Breakfast wide selection.

Review 7：I had to work upon arrival and the whole evening there was no internet due to a server upgrade.

Review 9：A great little find. It's slightly quirky because it's a college faculty. The food was very good, service was good, staff (students) very attentive, accommodation - I promise it will take you back to your student days as the room we stayed in was obviously part of the halls of residence. It was FUN, not sure where the supermarket theme fitted in but we enjoyed it and will stay again. Top tip though, know some German language

Review 12：The weather was between 35 and 40 degrees. The Food hotel is the only hotel in Neuwied with air conditioning, which was wonderful.

Review 17：See the other column...booking.com messed up the paperwork and wealmost had no room to stay in. What I don't know until we get backto the uk is whether we were charged twice. Can you please contact meabou this ?

Review 18：The hotel is excellent but unfortunately Booking.com is not. Thehotal was booked through booking.com but the hotel had no records ofthis. Fortunately they did have rooms available so we just re-bookedon the spot.
