Review 1：Very early in the morning guests from other rooms made a lot of noise and we couldn't sleep.when we fall a sleep came a guy with a grass cutter made even more noise.

Review 5：Front office staff (manager) was extremely rude and offensive (charged me triple room for double usage). Location very remote from the beach, from isla Canela beach, from Ayamonte. Wifi never worked, even at reception. Pool was dirty and looked abandoned. Rooms were barely clean.

Review 7：The mattress was deformed, and for that price not including breakfast was a turn-off... Breakfast "a la carte" didn't had any "carte"... Had to wake up early all the days because of the lack of respect from the other guests... There are some three star hotels better and cheaper in Portugal... Overall it was nice but...

Review 13：The room was fantastic with a great bathroom and shower. Also the 'blackout curtains' really helped. The balcony was a big plus except the trees that were directly outside, but I suspect they are there to protect you from any stray golf balls from the course. The reception staff were great and very friendly.

Review 15：The staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was a nice temperature and we spent afternoons asleep in a very tranquil place. Rooms were nice and spacious. A great place to relax but not far from town or the beach. Very happy with the hotel

Review 16：No air con in bedroom or restaurant. Terribly hot and forced to open windows. Mosquitoes arrived and spent night attempting to eradicate them without success. Left and still have three days later some thirty bites. Restaurant poor and breakfast revolting.

Review 20：Loved the bar, it just has an amazing decor; the pool was very nice; the staff was friendly and helpful, anytime we needed help they were there; it is a bit far from Isla Canela centre and 10min by car from the beach, but it was perfect for us, since we only wanted to be at a calm and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The place is just beautiful..!

Review 21：Whilst the pool was good, the water jets were unduly noisy... fill the pool a little higher and the noise would disappear. Main restaurant underused for dinner.
