Review 1：We had a problem with a credit card, which the staff did not handle the PIN code. The hotel has accommodated a group of young girls who are coming back at night in a drunken state and made noise, so we did not sleep. In the room was the kitchen and furniture match the hostal, not hotel. served breakfast was different than the other guests ...coffee was cold, small portion....

Review 3：Hotel on busy street (bus line) great for transportation, but can be noisy. We brought ear plugs and were able to sleep fine. We were not able to connect to hotel Wi-Fi, but they did have a computer for guest use. This would be the perfect place if it wasn't on a bus route, and if they could work out their Wi-Fi problems.
Review 4：Quaint hotel with character, location was great, a block and a half from Parque Calderon. Staff was very accommodating and very pleasant. Breakfast (fresh fruit, natural fruit juice, eggs, etc.) was very good. Rooms were nice, clean.
Review 5：this hotel was horrible with respect to the level of noise at night. people were loud and uncaring of sleepers down in the lobby at 1030 at night management did not improve after complaining and I left this hotel 2 days early to find a quieter hotel which I did

Review 7：Allowed our group of three to check out late which was very convenient. Perfect location only a block away from the main cathedrals. Helpful staff that are patient when dealing with the few who do not speak Spanish well.
