Review 1：Room can get very cold at night. No heater in the room.

Review 2：Classic old building located in the center of the historic part of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very large well-appointed room overlooking a garden. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Review 3：I stayed in the rear suite, very quiet. I enjoyed the garden seating area. Great staff, Carla took very good care of our needs. Lots of hot water for the rainfall shower, good breakfast . Always pleased staying at the San Juan

Review 4：There is no restaurant or room service. Not even the option of a cup of coffee all day Sunday. Breakfast was very poor indeed.Very little choice.Bread rolls were old & hard,no butter or fruit juice available. On the whole poor value for money It was not a question of poor service,more an issue of no service.

Review 15：Cuenca is a beautiful city that is amust visit in Ecuador; however findanother hotel. Staff was tentative to un-interested at best. After theweekend on Monday morning the manager/owner arrived without agreeting or even a smile to anyone.
