Review 1：No parking - discounted rate in carpark nearby. Late at night difficult to work out the external lift if not explained on check-in

Review 5：The signage and directions to find this hotel were terrible. We arrived later in the evening and feel very fortunate to have wandered around enough to figure out how to access the hotel. Public parking was available at a discounted fee, but would have preferred free parking. The carpeting was dirty.

Review 9：The price I paid was higher than their eyes listed at booking.com as they charged me $40 extra for having an extra person in the room. This added more than a third of the quoted price.
Review 10：Hotel rooms are old and tired. You can still smell the stale smoke in the carpets and fittings from days when smoking was allowed in the rooms. Matrasses old, single flat pillows. Some fittings broken. Make sure you book a room looking out over the esplande because the back rooms are noisy from the street outside.

Review 12：very hard to find the entrance since the hotel is actually a resteraunt on the 2nd floor of a bar in. Esplanade area, have to ask many people before found out that just the elevator is the entrance, parking nearby have to pay.

Review 14：Room above a service entrance for Supermarket below, so woken up at 5.30am with delivery lorry making racket unloading goods. No shower curtain on shower so water goes everywhere, including into hall/carpet.

Review 22：The staff was rude, there's no ambience, the room was tiny, they did not have consistent wifi, there was a grocery delivery drop right below the room that was very loud early in the morning, their credit card machine doesn't take 'modern cards'

Review 24：The service has huge room for improvement , there seem to be only always one person on duty handling the resorption and the service in the restaurant what at times like breakfast can lead to some waiting times also the friendliness has a way to go. There seem to be a clear preference from that staff for serving locals over hotel guests. However there is one real issue particular for those people that need a good mattress and pillow to get their night sleep if you belong to this group you should consider bringing at least your own pillow because what is offered in the room you cannot even call a pillow and is an old flat piece of something.
Review 25：The location is great , right at the lake with beautiful views from the terrace and some of the rooms. There is a beautiful Tarrance with great views of the Lake and Mountain. The rooms are functional and clean. A public car park is at the doorstep. This place hat great potential .

The Fine Print
The easiest access to the hotel is via the public underground car park on the Esplanade. On leaving the car park, please turn left toward the lake and use the glass lift to get into the Panorama Restaurant.Guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to receive the code for the door and lift. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
