Review 1：It would be better if receptionist at 1st location were flexible for guest not to wait for more than one hour just to double check the credit card.

Review 2：I liked customer Services here, they are trained well. The food is good in Asia restaurant.

Review 3：Not much. Perhaps if I had to be critical it would be there needed to be more dinning areas as to cope with the weekend crowd. But I think they were being renovated whilst I was there.

Review 5：We have an 8 year old child that could only use 50% of the amusement park , If we knew this before entering the park, we could have explained this to her . instead we arrive at each ride or waterslide to be dissapointed .

Review 11：It doesn't have a proper indoor pool. During our stay, which was late December, the weather was very windy and it was cold to use the big ,beautiful outside pool especially for children. The small indoor pool was part of spa and you shoul pay 11 $ per hour which does not worth it because it was too small and very cold! It would be better if instead of full board, it was all inclusive. Drinks were more expensive than other hotels.

Review 12：Very polite,friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms and also hotel area was very clean. The hotel location is very gool for a relaxing holiday and land scape was very beautiful. Very good facilities for young children. My 3 years old daughter loved the kid's club. We hardly could get her out of there! Transportation in hotel area and to the main land was very good. Very good food in a clean restaurant.

Review 13：The price was a bit expensive but all meals were included and most things on the island were included. The tours are abit limited. On our final night on of the 3 resturants were closed and the other 2 were full so we were placed in a function room where we were expected to share our table with 8 other people. That was just disgusting. Not the romantic beach front dinner we were expecting. When we complained about this were were told that "they would take it under advisement". Section of cocktails were very average for a 5 star resort and price for drinks could have been lower considering the cost each night.

Review 14：My boyfriend and I recently stated at the vinpearl resort. It's is great. Good location, very easy to get to the mainland and enough to do if you couldn't be bothered. There lots of construction to the waterpark so that should be good.

Review 16：This resort had a great pool with different zones. The beach was right on the doorstep. The grounds and building were immacate and obviously regularly maintained. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Beach activities, such as parasailing, jet skis, banana boat. Snorkling at the man made sea garden. The amusement park and water park we an added bonus.

Review 17：My partner got ill after eating at the restaurant and nothing was operating at the theme park. There were many steps!! Fridge wasn't working and water leaked out of the light - but these were fixed on request

Review 20：I read some critical reviews of the aquarium that is free at the attached water park and amusement park. The criticism was out of place and I can advise the underwater aquarium was superb. TV in kid's play area only have AGAIN Russian movies. Overall if you're not Russian don' t go there. For the price that you pay there are much better resorts in Nha Trang.

Review 51：It is the second time to stay in Vinpearl. 4 years ago, I was satisfied with the service and quality overall. I expected better service at this time. But staffs behaved as police officer. Every food in the mandatory restaurants was so poor and not enough. I witnessed an old man slipped on the tide pool floor 4 years ago and seemed to get hurts serious in his head. At this time, my son suffered the same incident. Resort didn't repair the floor till now.

Review 52：Nothing... The service and contents cannot match with 5 star resort. I'll never visit this hotel any more. I'll never recommend this hotel to my surroundings, either.

Review 54：The water park was a hit with the children. The buffet meals were varied daily and expansive choice. The pools were huge but water was cold. Staff were accommodating.

Review 55：Advise all travel agents that days with "events" planned that incur an extra cost need to be flagged at time of booking. Maybe lifeguards need some updated training and awareness that some parts of he beach may be ok even if one part has a rip swell. Pool was freezing. Maybe could add lines or signs on the floor to show customers which way the lines for food should go as some cultural groups seemed to have no idea.

Review 56：The managers were very helpful and considerate to my family's needs. The spread of food and variety was fantastic. Access to and from and around the resort. Room was pleasant as was the view. The two fun parks were great for kids.

Review 57：Excellent resort, once you are in forget all stresses enjoy beach and a mazing pool in addition to out standing free food ( full board). We loved the place so we came back week later to relax prior our trip to home and to keep the good memories as long as we can. Staff very cooperative and they are there for us.

Review 60：The number of chaise-lounges at the beach is not sufficient. The food is tasty, but not adopted for europeans. Many guests wear 10-20 cm shorts during the dinner (but that's not a fault of the hotel, of course).
