Review 1：some un co operative staff I wanted to freeze some water and recd excuses (silly one) why not possible. My stainless steel container might explode. Just didn't want to be bothered

Review 3：Bathroom accessories are not included (towels, soap...)?! You need to pay extra for this?! You need to make your bed by yourself. Never seen this before...
