Review 1：I wanted to load my car early before breakfast to get a good start in the morning. At 7am I could not get out of the hotel, all doors were locked, I had to wait until 7.35 for someone to unlock from the outside. What would have happened if there had been a fire?. When I went to the restaurant for breakfast I was told there was none, despite having booked and paid for one in advance. They even charged me for a coffee before I left, and I could only find it with GPS coordinates.

Review 3：room was no smoking but the smell of tobacco was overpowering. Left windows open but it was cold so needed to close them, room dark and dismal and took ages to get hot water through the taps. No English spoken so was difficult to communicate with person serving breakfast which was included in the price. We had toast coffee and orange juice. We went down to exit the hotel around 11pm to walk our dog but found we were locked in. Could not get a response from the duty desk or the phone number displayed. We found a fire exit down a dark corridor and left via this route. No fire exit signs anywhere to be seen.
