Review 1：Hotel located very close to tourist route RheinBurgWeg in quite area. A bit far from main city and railway station, what is advantage, actually. Nice breakfasts.

Review 2：The Hotel is beautiful and well furnished. They also have a beergarden at the bottom of the hill (the hotel is in the town above the rhine), so they can shuttle you up and down the hill. The owners speak a little bit of English, but you need to be prepared with German if you don't speak very much.

Review 3：Want to return to your room in the middle of the afternoon? Too bad! That hotel entrance is spontaneously closed and you have to sneak around to find a back entrance or fire escape to get inside. Want to check out and pay? Too bad! You'll be made very very late for any trains or appointments because there's apparently only one person capable of taking payment and they don't feel the need to go to work. I will say however that the rooms and breakfast are good for R&R so if you don't plan on doing much exploring or catching early trains (if you rented a car you're a smart cookie) this could be the place for you.

Review 4：Very friendly staff. I went there on Christmas Eve and during that time not a lot of hotels and restaurants operated, but the host of this hotel managed to plan beforehand a very nice dinner at the castle romantik hotel. And during our stay there's only a group of 4 of us, and they prepared a nice little buffet breakfast for us. I highly recommend this hotel. The friendly staff provide pickup service as the hotel is uphill, so no worry about the location being inconveneient. I really appreciate the service and the stay at this home-run hotel.
