Review 1：Quiet Hotel, located cloce to the main shopping and leisure area of Arta. Authentic decor. Good food--very healthy. Nice touches-- Honesty Box for drinks.

Review 2：A delightful hotel right in the heart of Arta, very friendly and helpful owner and I was made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was great, free parking just a couple of minutes away. Great place to stay for a solo traveller. Very highly recommended.

Review 20：The check out time is 11 o'clock. As we were doing it the way we normally do-for 12 o'clock, the cleaning lady came to tell us to be in a hurry and later the manager mentioned again the rules of the hotel, explaining that was the exact time they needed to clean the room for the next customers.After we checked out and after 2 hours of walking in the town to kill time, when we passed by the window of our room in the hotel, the room was still the same way we left it,-noone cleaned yet "the next customers"

Review 23：The very helpful and accommodating proprietor who was at pains to make sure everything was perfect. The location was excellent both for our purpose as guests at a wedding and as a holiday spot for those interested in good food and culture.

Review 24：Charming hotel in a lovely old mansion round the corner from the street with the restaurants in the medieval village of Arta. There is a great terrace overlooking the church on the hill. Breakfast was very good. The proprieter is a very helpful, pleasant and hardworking German lady who speaks excellent English. Arta and this hotel is a good place to use as a base for several nights visiting this part of Majorca.

Review 26：The Hotel Casal d'Arta is a perfect location for a relaxing and comfortable time on Mallorca. It is located at a beautiful square in Arta an offers stunning views over the roofs of the small city and up to the church and the castle from its roof top terrace. Right around the corner starts the city's shopping street with lots of nice stores (local specialties, furniture, art) and quite a few excellent restaurants (the hotel owner made excellent recommendations). Nice and lonely beaches (such as Cala Torta or Cala Mitjana) are just a 10 minute drive away. The hotel itself has 9 beautiful rooms in the style of an old aristocratic city villa. It has mamor tiled flooring throughout the hotel but differently designed on each of the 3 levels. The characteristics of the house are also formed by the dark woods of door frames, handles, etc. The owner is very helpful and service oriented. If you need to get a tip where to go or what to do - she has plenty of them. And she is speaking several languages. The breakfast was excellent and offers a variety of tasty items, including a perfect coffee. The rooms are very spacious, airconditioned and very clean. All in all, a very recommendable city hotel in a beautiful town!
