Review 1：Incompetent staff. No english speaking staff or checkout before 7 am. We almost missed our flight because we had to wait 30 minutes for the morning staff to arrive to check as out. We mentioned the night before that we are leaving early in the morning, and it did not occur to the staff to warn us about this. With so poor service it does not worth the money

Review 7：very ugly view from our room 102. no wash cloths in room , no shampoo nor body lotion or conditioner.
Review 8：The price & the quality of the dinner in the restaurant. Too much 20 euro for a Wienerschnitzel with some potatoes, and nothing else. And, above all, plenty of oil. The service too was not very good; three people in the erstaurant and I had my course after 45 minutes !!! Breakfast too is too expensive (12 euro).

Review 10：Rooms are noisy - you can hear through the walls - even people talking. The internet never works. I've stayed here twice and it didn't work on both occasions. There is only one very slow old lift for quite a big hotel.
