Review 1：the restaurant service was poor, although the food was good. but many times we received the wrong meal. in the bar we were placing order and never received them, many times we had to repeat our order. and stuff was forgetful with orders. the sylvester evening we paid 300 euros for the 3 of us we had a 2 year old child with us. and no provision was set aside for any food for him. the meal was 7 courses and only on the 3rd course was a small bowl of soup bought out for him. and this we had to ask for. the waiter service was very poor waiting ages for new drinks.the evening disappointing.

Review 15：Staff were perfect all the time. Attention was outstanding. Despite the fact that management didn't speak English, they make an enormous effort to communicate and help us. Flexibility, service, food, cleanness, stuff... everything was perfect and professional.
Review 16：Quite a noisy company in front of hotel supplied from bar on July 26 upto approx 11pm (it means they celebrated something too loudly for aboutone hour longer than unofficial quite period of the time). Požár
Review 17：The site promises internet for guests...none, or none even moderatelyaccessible. This was a big disappointment. It is not hard in this dayand age to provide internet access when you indicate that you have it.We asked 4 people on the hotel staff to provide us with the 'supposed'access, but none could and they themselves complained about the lack ofit. Also, one of the closets in the room where we were staying wasunsafe. We had our laptop computers resting on a shelf in that closet,the shelf broke free from it's poor mounts and our computers fell to theground. Better not to have a shelf at all over a dangerous shelf. Whenwe indicated they should provide a discount for this false advertising,they were not sympathetic.
Review 18：I liked that there was a German bar / cafe in the hotel and that theyhad a small kegel bowling alley and they made it available for ourfamily. The staff was very friendly to our son.
