Reviews for Stadthotel-Garni

Review 1：There was no staff after 11.00am and the only contact was via intercom. Security pass numbers for the outer door and again for the door at reception were supplied before we arrived and our keys were left with others on the reception counter. It was strange but we got used to it. You had to use the intercom to obtain the security code which was not clearly obvious.

Review 2：The Hotel was clean and within easy walking distance of the Rhine and the Town. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was relaxed and a nice choice of continental items. There is a Ground floor lift to 1st floor reception. There is free wi-fi although hidden until you put in the security code.

Review 3：Access to Internet was fine until the last three days. It was promised to be corrected but was never done, that was disappointing.

Review 4：Everything was well organized and attended too.

Review 5：Unattended reception on arrival. Poor (no assistance) with parking.

Reception hours are 06:00 until 11:00 and 17:00 until 19:30 weekdays and 8:00 until 11:00 at weekends and holidays.
