Review 1：Breakfast was sufficient, and quite Ecuadorian(eg meat stew and rice) though there were choices. Bread rolls were very small- 3 fitted in the palm of my hand- so if you cut them they fell apart and you had a lot of crumbs. The main problem was that the dining room was very small, and also used as a thoroughfare, and people were having food knocked off plates & spilling drinks due to people not having enough room to pass by. The price is too much for what is on offer.

Review 2：Room was spacious and comfortable with great decorations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location, though the street is closed at present due to the building of a new 'trambus' system.

Review 5：Minor negative points: although the reception and dining room areas are very modern, the corridors and room seemed a little dated. Also there were roadworks in front of the hotel when we stayed (not sure if they are still there) which was a little inconvenient but not really a big deal and there was no noise

Review 7：We ordered a taxi by early morning since hotel own earliest transfer to airport started only at 7 AM but has appeared that nobody call a taxi instead they organized a transfer (pretty nice intension) but has forgotten to inform us (not so nice). So we waited for the next transfer something about twenty minutes as it was almost impossible to catch a taxi.

Review 11：The staff were accomodating but not experienced nor very organized. Rooms were fair size but walls and carpet were dirty. Washrooms were clean. One room had half a curtain. Rooms need an update to keep star status. Breakfast was fair, not many options for ppl w allergies(lactose and wheat) Room keys are $30 if u lose one, along w its dirty paper cover.

Review 16：-cold breakfast (eggs, mote etc) -last day we found a dirty sock underneath the bed, my boyfriend's sock in btw sheets from a couple of days earlier which means they didn't changed sheets or did a good job making the bed - first day we requested a transfer to the airport, but they forgot to write it down or something... luckily the guy was free and took us. -they were renovating stairway or something and it was really really loud.. and smelled like exhaust in our room.

Review 21：I like the fact that we were able to stay in a presidential suite with great view of the historic city for $50 a night which i booked from booking of course. The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Checking in and out was easy.

Review 26：I would like my money back from this hotel. The airport shuttle runs on very specific hours, which was not informed though called two weeks ahead to confirm. The lady at reception refused to provide with quiet room though requested. We had to tell her that we will go to another hotel to get a quiet room. Breakfast and other service are terrible.
