Review 2：the wellness area is brilliant and free to use good selection of breakfast goodies with fresh juices (!!!)

Review 3：terrible breakfast buffet - they dont even have freerange organic eggs, extremly unfriendly breakfast waiter, ask 9 Euro daily parking fee, no real rest room at sauna, terrible access to the beach, the lightning in the bar remembers more of a hospital than of a comfy day closing location

We came via train and the hotel is a nice and easy 15 min walk away from the train station It was my second time in the hotel and I certainly will come back.

Review 14：HOW STUPID CAN A HOTEL BE? We perhaps paid more than anyone else staying as you cannot book their (weekend/dinner) packages through Bookings. com. We also paid more than we pay at one of the best 5* hotels in Berlin. But we had among the worst rooms in the hotel..outlook onto a wall a few feet away. Tiny bathroom with shower only. This despite hotel being (much) less than a quarter full. When we asked to change room receptionist claimed full but if we paid more we could change! She obviously felt it was amusing that a foreigh tourist had been put in that room and discourteously laughed at us. So we made the simple decision not to eat at their expensive restaurant or drink at their expensive bar..that cost them about Euros 500 profit. Hopefully the receptionist and management will have a good laugh at that. On checking out the Manager said 'there should have been no problem about changing rooms' as not full...but still took our full credit card payment. Even a small discount would have been appreciated. Had they behaved sensibly and moved us to a decent room the cost to them would have been zero and they would have had our dining custom and profit from it. You have to be very generous to consider this a 5* hotel by modern standards. The spa is good, breakfast is standard but with lots of payable extras and taken in an uncomfortabley warm conservatory. Our room was not equipped to modern standards (really tiny safe, no kettle...). If you arrive at Zinnowitz by car you may find no taxis and have to treck.
