Review 1：There were problems with our first room so we requested a move, which was accomodated. Biggest problem was the TV, only one cable box in the room, we had to move the box back and forth from the living room to the bedroom, and pray that it worked. The road to enter has no signage and we had to drive into a ditch for two days until we found the road. Appliances were hard to understand and basic necessities, like dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent were missing from the room. The bar had no liquor to make margaritas with, still trying to understand that one. All of the staff speak very little English, so good luck if you don't speak Spanish.

Review 2：The resort was empty during the week, we had the entire place to ourselves, Evalesa, who pretty much runs the place was truly outstanding and made a huge difference. Our room was huge and beautiful, with two balconies. The food was delicious.

Review 4：The staff was VERY attentive. They greeted us on a 1st name basis, that kind of personal touch makes them stand out. We did not feel like another guest, but instead we felt valued! The layout was phenomenal! The appliances were VERY modern and gorgeous! The whole experience was top notch!!!

Review 5：Very few hosts, seemed to be the only one... All staff is very kind and gentle, but anything you ask needs a very long waiting. It's far from beaches and restaurant area (15 min drive in a desert area, not very comfortable in the night).

Review 6：Very nice apartment, clean and wide, with all facilities (kitchen is complete) and a very nice terrace. Good wifi, nice and very quite area with beautiful garden. All the outdoor area are accurately cleaned and maintenanced.
