Review 1：no fridge in the room a little bit noisy (from the other rooms)

Review 2：good location - close to main sightseing there is a free parking space not far from the hotel (you cannot reach the hotel by car, but the parking is walking distance) good value for money wifi working well very nice and friendly lady in the breakfast room breakfast is good and traditional catalan (they serve pain tomaque, pernil (traditional ham) and fuet.

Review 3：Only had one problem which was a broken shower head which squirted in all directions. it was repaired promptly when we reported it, however.

Review 5：Noothing wrong with the accomodation at all. But Besalü needs to be clearer on line about when attractions are closed. We particularly wanted to see the Mikve and didn't because you have to pre-book. And the whole town shuts Thursdays.

Review 11：Finding hotel was tricky as most of town streets are resident access only and one way. But well worth the effort if you just use public car park and walk across the plaza with the church of Sant Pere.

Review 15：Besalu is a stunning medieval town with lots of little streets to explore. The Hotel 3 Arcs is in a great location right in the heart of the old town. Marissa was very helpful and waited for us to arrive out of normal reception hours. Thankfully her English is excellent as having only visited Spain once before our Spanish is very poor.

Review 16：No glasses/plastic cups in the room not the norm. No safe in the room, but this is not the norm either.

Review 17：The town is not big, so it was close to the main road for the bus I needed to travel further on. Reception very good English and friendly. The breakfast was standard sort of salummi and bread and stuff so if you want cereal forget it and adapt. Dinner there also pretty good - needs to be, as although lunch is likely available all over in town, dinner is another story. Nothing at all open in central square at night. And a lift in an old buidling - hallelujah, even only on 2nd floor

Review 21：Lovely hotel in center of lovely medieval town and in character. The hotel is comfortable, Martha the receptionist a delight, helpful, interested, and it would be our first choice anytime we return to Besalu.

Review 23：It's location and friendly manager. Lovely restaurant Pont Vell nearby. Parking was close and no problem dropping off bags.

Review 24：A bit difficult finding your way through Besalu's narrow streets to get to the hotel to drop your bags off. Parking is on street a few blocks away from the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the downstairs cafe until after midnight and there was not much sound proofing between the floors so we were kept awake by the people in the room above us.

Review 27：check in time on Sundays are only till 2pm. this means that you have to adjust your schedule to the hotel hours, which is not that convinient.

Review 30：We stayed here for just one night. The caretaker lady is very helpful and friendly. Although it was written that we need to check-in before 8 pm, she called us to inform and confirm. We had some issues while reaching this place by car using GPS. There is no parking at the hotel, but you can ask her to help you with that and she will tell a number of free parking places nearby. Besalu is a very small place so does not matter much where you stay unless you have the view of the bridge. We had the breakfast there, which was average.

Review 73：The situation of 3 Arcs in Besalu Old Town was great. Picturesque setting in a quiet street close to historic centre. Welcome warm and manager Marta able to tell us all about Besalu and the hotel in very good English Room spotless, comfortable and air-conditioning v effective. Breakfast good value although Wi-Fi and mobile signal a bit patchy - you need to sit in the lounge on the third floor to get reception! Marta came into her own when we had a problem with our car. She spent a huge amount of her day calling garages and mechanics and wouldn't even leave us to take her lunch break. We would have been sunk without her as our Spanish is not great and our Catalan is non-existent. If you have an award for hotel manager of the year, we would like to recommend Marta for it. She was absolutely wonderful and used her local knowledge to get us out of a jam and underway on a Thursday evening before a Bank Holiday. Superb customer service !

Review 76：Marta the manager/receptionist was fantastic. She telephoned us the morning of the day we were to arrive to check on us. She is quite friendly and professional. We only stayed one night , but the service was exceptional. We had a hot-air balloon ride arranged for the next morning (before breakfast), Marta arrived early and prepared sandwiches for our early departure. Excellent staff, great property, and a beautiful town.

Review 105：Breakfast can be improved, Heating was an issue since the radiator was not able to heat well the entire room when the outside temperature was 1-2 C during the night. The AC would not provide the desired extra heating despite our efforts to set it up (maybe it was our fault). The bathroom does not have heating at all
