Review 1：The restaurant menu was designed for overnight visitors as the menu did not change during our multiple day stay.

Review 2：This was the second stay at this fine Hotel. The staff, the rooms, the service was excellent. The breakfast should not be missed.

Review 4：The staff are professional, friendly & accommodating. The manager, Diego, was exceptional...I had a death in my family and had to leave very quickly. He personally helped me out to my car.

Review 8：Kitchen pizza menu needs correction. Pizza is substandard and need revamping. Pizza was uncooked and the two pizzas purchased were no good. No flavor what so ever. This needs attention.

Review 26：Hotel Oro Verde was a very good choice for a weekend in Cuenca. The rooms have been recently renovated and they look very nice and clean. Both the room and the bathroom provide all the confort needed. The hotels staff was very kind and ready to help with any matter. Food was very good as well.

The smell of paint was very noxious to my girlfriend. Onemorning we were awakened by drilling in the hall outside our door. Theshower water never got hot, or even luke warm. The pool was advertisedas heated, but turned out not to be.
