Review 1：Wi-fi was flaky but to be honest we didn't raise a flag soon enough.

Review 2：Excellent accomodation with great amenities. Equipment (dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, cutlery etc.), Linen, heating system (we went end-Oct.) all were in very good condition. Good eat-out options both in the immediate and extended neighbourhoods.

Review 3：Very nice and clean apartments. The host is a very nice women. She did laundry for us and did not want to accept payment for that. Also she gave us for free the Alpabach region travel card that gave us free entrance to places around such as cable cars, museums, ...

Review 5：The original apartment was much too high for us. We had lots of luggage. So we were shown to another facility owned by the family, which was absolutely perfect. Large, modern apartment with parking at the front door. Couldn't be better.

Review 20：Our only real problem was the triple room consisted of 3 single beds and there was myself and my wife and little boy. For 3 children this room would have been perfect. And we didnt really have a great issue. But we did call it the 3 bears room. It was also a little cool in this room. Minor problems and we may not have looked into things enough.

Review 25：The "cleaning fee" should have been presented on the Booking.com page and explained at check-in. It caught us by surprise at the end of an otherwise wonderful trip.

Review 26：The decor was spot on and the apartment was very spacious. We had views from every window and we had everything we need.

Review 27：First of all finding the house was tricky because the house had no number on it. But we finally managed to locate the right one. But then the check-in was the thing. Confirmation letter said that the check-in was opened from 14.00 - 18.00 but when we arrived there at 14.00 there was nobody to check us in. We tried calling on the number given on the confirmation but nobody answered. We actuallu had to wait for an hour outside to somebody to come. Luckyle we did not have kids with us and the weather was quite nice otherwise the waiting would have been difficult.

Review 31：Very small complaint. Only tiny cups provided. Being English, cups oftea loom large. These ones needed four or five attempts to get the rightamount of tea! Perhaps provide 6 good sized mugs as well! We boughtsome, but they came home with us!

Review 32：Excellent reception on arrival. In the end we were only 3 adults, not 4,so even more room. En-suite rooms perfect, very comfortable,living/dining area spacious and relaxing, kitchen very neat andsuited to self-catering.

Review 33：We are used to directly jump on our skis and in Alpbach you have totake the bus to get to the station - no problem and normally one can beup at the top within 30min since the bus stop is just around thecorner. However, the buses don't really seem to follow thetimetable all the timeg.

Review 34：Haus Hubertus or respectively the appartment we stayed in is verycomfortable and cosy. The appartment/kitchen is well equiped andquite big so you can easily spend some relaxing time there as well ascook. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Alpbach itself is stillquite original as a mountain village, so no masses of tourists anddon't expect any aprés-ski like in the famous skiing locations. (Atleast there was nothing like that in beginning January). But you findsome shops, a nice supermarket as well as restaurants in short walkingdistance. Btw, Hotel Alpacher Hof is a great place to eat.
