Review 1：hotel's parking was quite expensive, however the staff was helpful to point to cheap parking on the street side. For us it was fine, but the toilet and bathroom is completely transparent and not sound proof :)

Review 3：I took a suite and it was super dirty. I asked for cleaning while i am out, nobody did nothing. Had to change my room in the night. Some staff are rude. Very dark rooms. Very bad breakfast. I have never seen this kind of breakfast for this price, was like in a cheap hostel.

Review 9：Ana and her staff were very attentive and helpful with local information. The wifi signal was excellent! No air conditioning for us during the great heat wave of Europe but we managed. Parking is down the street in a deck and unloading was a challenge as the police didn't like our pull over to unload. Highly recommend!

Review 14：Not a negative but more a tip. Parking is only 2m high, I'm sure this will not be a problem for most but I was in a van! Also all the road systems have all changed so old sat nav are useless, although isn't that hard to work it out!

Review 15：Rooms were lovely, the bathroom has a glass door was not really a problem for us but some people may feel unhappy with lack of privacy. Staff were really helpful and location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants!

Review 18：The glass walled bathrooms get top marks for style but not practicality! I think were probably designed by a man, who didn't need space for toiletries, hair dryer etc. The breakfast really was quite poor, given the overall quality of the hotel.

Review 19：The hotel is in a perfect position for accessing the town centre shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is secure (use outdoor section to avoid tight spots). Bedrooms spotless and comfortable.

Review 20：The spa and some of the features didn't all seem to be working 100%. While I never thought I would say this I found the lighting in the room was complicated and/or possibly not working. Too many switches and they weren't intuitive.

Review 23：We were not very keen on the glass door to the toilet inside the room.It was very impersona, and offered no privacy at all. The Spa area although was very good, we found that the actual Spa water, was a little cold. On one of the mornings we were there, there was a problem with the hot water, and were not able to shower that morning.

Review 24：The hotel position to the town was excellent, and easy to access all area's of Huesca. We thought the hotel was very smart and also very clean. The rooms were of a reasonable size and very comfrtable. We found the staff to be polite and helpful. The garage facility was useful as parking is quite difficult around the town. The Spa etc facilities were good to. Would we stay here again, YES, without a doubt. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and our visit to Huesca.

Review 25：Extremely difficult to find the hotel, and if you have a car there is not option but to pay for the not so cheap parking. When we arrived our room was 10 degC, we put the heating and left to town upon arrival it was 14 degC. We had to wait for an hour until the night reception lady gave us another room, we chose a suite to use the Jacuzzi but the plug would not seal, we changed rooms and this time the plug sealed but the water leaked under the Jacuzzi furthermore the hotel water heating system was out of order. At the end the hotel gave a small discount for the inconveniences, but having stayed in over 20 hotels in Spain it was not near enough.

Review 28：Immaculate, stylish, well presented with excellent facilities. There is a spa with sauna, steam room and jaccuzi. There are even some ancient walls in the basement. Huesca has a beautiful cathedral and monestary to visit.

Review 31：It is not easy to access, as there is a lot of pedestrian areas. A map is extremely useful, as the recent Sat-Nav has not registered it.

Review 38：The lavatory cubicle of the en-suite area was plain glass and easily visible from half of the bedroom. Smoked glass would have been much better. Parking in the area is pretty difficult. We used the hotel parking, accessible via the side street (hotel staff had to operate the up and over door so that we could gain access).

Although food was well seasoned, was very under cooked and served far too quick to have been cooked fresh. Extractor fan in bathroom needed cleaning and occasionally clumps of dust dropped out.

Review 82：The hotel is over-modernly designed, not always practical. The bathroom area is made from transparent glass. If you close the area, then your body is covered behind the ornaments, but still you feel uneasy, as your legs show. No real loading/unloading area outside the hotel.

The town is beatifull, very precious and beatiful cathedral - it's good to visit Huesca!!!

Review 86：altough we requested double bed, we received twin beds that were moving half a meter appart with every move. there is no privacy at all when it comes to the bathroom. it is all made of glass, and it barely closes with a sliding door, that doesn't cover the entire wall. So if you don't want to share any noises or smells with your partner, think again before booking this one.
