Review 1：- no Wi-Fi inside the rooms - overpriced Wi-Fi in lobby area - no baggage service - beds and single duvets too small - very small bathroom with no vanity and basic amenities are not provided - two flat mini pillows available only - no coffee making facilities (kettle/ espresso machine) inside the room - TV screen size not sufficient - no safe deposit box inside the room - not enough power outlets at the in room desk - shower water temperature not consistent - no slippers provided - towels very small - no electrical adaptors available at front desk - breakfast room very crowded - coffee quality at breakfast poor - no currency exchange possible - noisy elevators - public smoking room has no ventilation Paying a room rate of more than 100 EUR per night, I expected to find the above mentioned services and facilities.

Review 3：Large parts under construction eliminating a large portion of the "facilities", nearly zero signage regarding spa area, some facilities simply not staffed, rooms do not automatically lock like every other hotel on the planet.
