Review 1：People smoking outside under our window filled our room with smoke until late at night. Smoking should not be allowed near the front door of the hotel.

Review 2：The good Food, friendly and competent Service. Anything requested was attended to immediately. In spite of some large Christmas parties Service was excellent and we enjoyed our meals in peace.

Review 3：loved this stop on our trip through austria--the first place we felt totally comfortable with our young children. pedal and electric boat rental on the beautiful lake, lots of people enjoying the facilities, busy and fun restaurant, happy staff. great play room for the kids.

Review 4：Based upon the reviews that this hotel received, this hotel was disappointing. The hotel's facilities are tired. The carpet in the room was dirty and the children's playroom was worn out as examples. The room we had was right over the outdoor restaurant (as were many others) and was quite noisy late into the evening as a result.

Review 5：The view from the room over the lake was excellent. The staff was friendly and the manager gave us a discount from the price on Booking.com because we were staying 4 nights. The food at the restaurant was very good.

Review 12：Spacious room and balcony with wonderful views across the lake. Internet was good. Restaurant was very good, we didn't bother to eat anywhere else. We left our car lights on and when we were ready to go the battery was flat. Within 5 mins the building manager was there with jumper leads to get it going. Fantastic.

Review 13：Tiny room overlooking concrete wall! I didn't need view as there for wedding but even so room was a little disappointing! If you go for holiday book room with a view, it is magnificent!

Review 16：What a beautiful lake view! Definitely book a room with window or balcony to the lake - well worth it! Waking up in morning or going to bed with lake view is sight to behold. The family run Inn is very friendly. The family owner is actually a famous (local) chef. The breakfast is delicious!

Review 38：The main business of this place is a restaurant on the lake shore. Run by a family, simple but nice tasty meals. The hotel is small and more or less comfortable for a few nights stay there.

As the name says, it's right on the lake and the view of the lake with the surrounding mountains and the town across is beautiful. if you had just "Lakeside" and "Relax", I would have ticked it. We did not hae much luck with the weather, but we could relax in the room enjoying the view.

Review 40：I had read that all rooms had balconies and view of lake. From thephotogrpahs the balconies wre clearly visible. However the room we weregiven had a balcony no larger than 800mm x 1.3m and to see the view youhad to be standing and only one person at a time. I paid for a room witha lake view and balcony and I believe what I was given was second rate.Nowhere on the web site did it say , restricted view , it is fair toassume a balcony would be reasonble size. Scondly we were next to theextractor from the kitchen which was noisy and smelly

Review 42：I stayed at this hotel in early June. The main reason for selecting this location was a conference held nearby. The staff at this family hotel is very nice. The breakfast (which was included in the price of my room) was very good. The restaurant has a great selection of Austrian wines (mostly by the bottle), and a terrace with a wonderful view of the lake. Can't beat the view! I would certainly come back to that hotel for vacation or a business trip.
