Opened in June 2013 on the shores of Lake Ossiach, Bodensdorf’s Hotel Urbani offers an indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a children’s pool, several different saunas, lake access and table tennis facilities. Massages can be enjoyed against a surcharge.
Hiking, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, water-skiing, diving, running, roller-skating, Nordic walking, parasailing and paragliding are popular activities in the region. The Gerlitzen Alpe ski region is just a 5-minute drive away, and a free ski bus stops opposite from the hotel.
Rooms at the Urbani have a bathroom and satellite TV. Some have a balcony with lake or mountain views.
The property has a children’s juice bar, a children’s play room, and child care for children aged upwards of 3 years is offered free of charge 6 times per week.

Review 3：This was the most incredible find. We took a chance and wished we could have stayed longer. Situated on a beautiful lake with a lovely pool and spa, you can hike, ride a boat, a bike or just relax. It is modern, clean, family friendly ,and in the most beautiful spot one could imagine in Austria. We will be back!

Review 8：The pool and spa area is very small for this size of a hotel, it is uncomfortably crowded. To increase the misery the opening times of the sauna and the outdoor pool are very limited and rigidly kept even on "bad ski days", when people would make more use of them. The food is average, the interieur is full of tasteless cheap decorative elements and lousy wooden work. The railway is very close to the hotel, the trains make a lot of noise.

Review 13：The hotel was restructured last year, so the rooms are confortable, clean and nice. The receptionist was so kind. The lake view is a amazing! The balance quality/price is well.

Review 31：Swiming pool was not actually a pool, it looks like it. Swiming was not possible. Mountain view rooms were facing railway tracks and station, but fortunately not too loud

Review 43：Take in consideration it is a family hotel with many kids, the rooms have no carpet (on mountain area, 4 star?), the view although to the lake was dominated by the roof of the restaurant, I don't recommend at all room without balcony, on the mountain side you will see the railway in front the hotel, the water at the pool was really cold (inside)
