Review 1：If anything: - Knowledge of seasonal staff where to find which sauna, where to get WiFi access, etc. (or please provide an overview plan to guests as the layout of the buildings is a little bit difficult to understand) - Price transpareny, e.g. in some areas and at some meal times you have to pay for tea and alcohol, but in some areas and meal times not -> you only get to know after consumption when they bring a bill or not - I missed a kettle and iron my room
