Review 1：The pension is great with friendly staff and beautiful room. We had a room with an amazing view. The pension is 18 min far from the lake by a car but the area is so worth it. Although its far but I do recommend this location because of the wonderful spot

Review 2：1.Extremely irresponsable host--When we arrived at 14:30, the host was not in house. We saw 2 letters hanging on the door with visitors names, unfortunately without my name. We tried to contact with the host even through booking.com service center, it did not get through.The host did not leave mobile phone to let visitors to contact. We wasted 2 hours of our vacation to wait. Finally we decided to take one letter(not by my name) to get one room. We still cant contact with the host for whole night, even though we need to ask WIFI password...etc. The next day we went to dining room for breakfast, the first thing to greet us was our bill already laying on the table even we did not check out yet. That was totally unacceptable. We did not get any apology or greeting from the host but we got the bill first!!(We got trouble to check in and wasted our holiday time, we still need to pay the same fee) That is not the way to make business!! I request the host to response our situation to explain whats happened 2.WIFI did not work( We finally got WIFI password in next day during the breakfast from a young girl who prepared breakfast. but it did not work) 3.Breakfast was poor, only a few choice of cold bread

Review 5：We had a spacious room with a balcony which had a breathtaking view. Very comfortable beds and surroundings. Situated within 5 mins drive to Berchtesgaden it is an ideal base for visiting local attractions and sightseeing.

Review 6：WiFi was only available downstairs in breakfast room and perhaps in rooms on the lower level. A little warm as we were on top floor - we travelled in spring, not sure how hot it would get in summer.

Review 10：Welcoming and helpful owner, who spoke some English. Advised us on days out with the children when the weather was not so good!! Kids loved the pool when the weather was lovely. Peaceful and pretty scenery. Not too far from Berchtesgaden town, could walk into town, would probably take about 30 minutes, we didn't do this though as it was a bit too far with young children. Would definitely go back there.

Review 20：The hosts have really tried to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. The only downside to an almost perfect stay was that the wifi did not work well in our room and we had to use it in the breakfast room. We do a lot of our travel arrangements on-line and I like to be able to do this from the comfort of my own room. That was the only fault - the rest was very good.

Review 21：This is a lovely property with views of the mountains. It is very clean and comfortable. Even though it is located in the quiet countryside, it is only 5 minutes drive into Berchtesgaden.The host (Karin) was very friendly and welcoming. We would have liked to stay longer. I would highly recommend this property
