Review 1：No elevator to the top floors, which made baggage move a bit of an escalade, but nothing really bad.
Review 2：Very spacious room, huge actually. Personnel very friendly and professional despite speaking little English.
Review 3：Main road was surprisingly noisy all night even though our room didn't directly open on to it. We had to have the window open as it was hot and there is no air conditioning, so this made the noise worse.

Review 7：I arrived early evening and the front desk was closed. While there were clear instructions for the room, there were no wifi/internet password and access until the next morning. It was extremely inconvenient and the management should have left wifi and internet information.

Review 9：Nice, cozy place. Big, nice-looking room. Italian restaurant just down the street. Good breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Parking included in the price. Nice, quiet location if you have a car to get to the surrounding areas.
Review 10：The location is a little far from town center, but, of course, that also allows for a lower price. For travelers with a car, parking on the street is free, but finding a parking space is difficult.

Review 16：Nice on-site parking. Comfortable rooms. Rented two rooms to accommodate total of five (three children). Reasonable prices at on-site restaurant. Chef visited the table and made it a wonderful first evening of our German vacation. Authentic and tasty Schwaebisch cuisine. Short drive to the old town of Schwaebisch Hall the next morning. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.
