Review 1：The hotel is sandwiched between two cemeteries, our room overlooked one to the rear, the other faces the front of the hotel.

Review 2：Rm 11 was very recently modernised, very nice and recommended. Very helpful staff and the breakfast is either included or 5euros and is comprehensive. Recommended.

Review 3：Hard work getting the wifi connected, but ok when eventually up and running.

Review 4：10 minute walk to the centre, very clean, quiet, near food outlet. Garage nearby sells beer and wine if required, but bar next door. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking, staff spoke good English.

Review 6：We loved the location of the hotel as it was only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town . We also loved the breakfast room , very clean and wonderful food .There was also a nice bar next door run by a very friendly Greek gentleman.

Review 7：Perhaps room 5 is not the best. there was little space around the bed, the sitting area had 1 comfortable chair and 1 dining chair in it with a TV squashed into it too ... exctremely unpractical and uncomfortable. The overall impression was the room needed renovating. Poor bathroom - cold show and a sink that let water out and a shower screen that was poor.

Review 26：I made the booking December 2014 via the website for 08/01/15 -12/01/2015. My card details were provided during the booking andI received a booking confirmation, presuming that the transaction wentthrough. I checked out in the very early hours of 12th January because Ihad to catch my flight. There were no staff at reception so I left thekeys in my room and left. When I arrived back in the uk, I received anemail from the hotel which was rather rude and threatening. They accusedme of being a fraudster. They also accused me of using a"fake" credit card. They threatened to report me to HamelnPolice. I found their behaviour and threats rather shocking. They alsoleft me a very threatening voicemail. I had no clue what was going on.They did not notify me of any problems. It turned out that they take thepayment upon check out which I found rather odd because they had alreadytaken my credit card details. They decided to attack, threaten andaccuse me rather than simply ask me!!!! I will be reporting this hotelto the authorities for their accusations.THINK TWICE before staying here.

Review 28：The Wi-Fi was not good. Unless you did all your business in the breakfast room, then forget using the internet for anything anywhere else in the hotel. This small hiccup did not however spoil our stay.

Review 53：It is perfectly situated, almost in the town centre. We had a comfortable, well maintained bedroom and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The continental breakfast was wonderful and was all you can eat, if your that hungry. It has private secure parking and free wifi in all rooms. We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again, or to recommend it to our family and friends.

Review 55：Already visited this hotel several times. Rooms are very different but all value for money. Besides sleeping there is nothing other to offer. Breakfast however is very nice and example to many others I have visited.

Review 117：I stayed here for the second time. I had a room with a private bathroom which was located opposite to my room. I knew this in front, however; next time I would not choose this. So very inconvenient... Also was this room much more noisy than my previous room. The breakfast and wifi where very good as before...

Review 119：When you want to visit Hameln, this hotel is a good starting place. Just outside the city center with private parking. Yes, I had a view on the grave yard :-), I can asure you that they didn't disturb my sleep. Breakfast was very good.

Review 120：The hotel is open in theory up to 20:00. Starting from 19 we called the hotel several times to inform that we'll late about half an hour. We wanted to ask someone to wait for us or leave the keys in the locker. No one picked up the phone. After arrival we found that door is closed and the staff had already gone home. From one of the guests we obtained the mobile phone number of one of the service staff, but she, after consultation with their manager, replied that nobody will help us at the moment, totally not interested what we have to do in this situation and where go sleep for that night.
