Review 1：A bit more than I would expect to pay in a remote village up in the Alps, but I suppose they have higher rates during the Alpbach Forum. The convenience of not having to constantly bus into Alpbach from some other remote village is worth the price.

Review 2：Great location. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and welcoming. Clean and comfortable room.

Review 3：The waiting staff were not informative. The food hygiene suffered badly with flies on a lot of the breakfast food including the cooked evening meal as my wife had a fly cooked in the batter of her meat. The bar area was very smoky and we cannot see how this is permissible in today's age. Why cater for the minority. Address these few issues and this hotel could be one of the best in the region.

Review 11：-Our only dislike was the smoking in the bar. But, as others have stated, that seems very common in Austria and most of Europe. Our room was right at the top of the stairs, and that allowed the smoke from the bar to waft up into our room a bit, but our second night we slept with the window open and that helped significantly! If you can't tolerate the smell though, I would suggest requesting a room further back down the hallway.

Review 12：-The staff so friendly and easy to be around -The food was delicious. We chose to do just half-board but when we decide to eat dinner at the B and B our first night, they happily accommodated us despite being hours past the half-board allotted time -The location was perfect and parking was easy -The view was gorgeous. We loved looking at the snow covered mountains from our balcony -Bed was cozy and comfortable

Review 13：Minor things, maybe an stronger wifi signal as we struggled to connect in our room, we would have drank in the bar but for the smoking, and the other is a personal preference, maybe a little quiet local background music in the breakfast room to encourage conversation, it works, honest ;) But as mentioned these are minor things, the hotel is excellent.

Review 14：Exceptional staff, very helpful, superb room, great restaurant, lovely ambience right in the centre of town. Very good beds, probably the most comfortable I have slept on whilst away.

Review 15：The only thing that I didn’t like was that people could smoke by the bar, so because of that it was impossible to us, no smokers, to hang out there. But I think this is a very common thing in Austria in general.

Review 16：This hotel is everything I ever dreamed about Alps. It’s made of wood, extremely cozy and the room is big with a beautiful view of the mountains and the other beautiful houses around. The decoration matches the place perfectly and makes you feel like you are at home. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food, perfect for all the skiing after. The staff is also amazing and the little things they do and the details makes a lot of difference to me. This includes the way they clean the room or talk to us at the reception, not to mention the care at the restaurant. Another great thing is the location. We were above the store where we rented the skis' equipaments, the ski school were also next door and the bus stop to go to the resort, or to live the town, was a few steps way.

Review 32：The hotel was very conveniently located in the middle of the village. It was a traditional chalet-style which was very nice inside.It was very quiet at night and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was average.

Review 33：Not a fault of the Hotel, but like everywhere in Austria smoking is still permitted in restaurants, which is something I now try and avoid. Wifi free but a bit slow

Review 36：Super nice and attentive staff! They took the special request we left during booking seriously and managed to give us a FREE upgrade to a room with two separate beds and a balcony! Very patient as we asked several times for the voucher of the WiFi. When we woke up a bit late and thought we had missed the breakfast, they saved us a whole table of food and drinks!
