Review 1：Bath facilities had no safety grab bars for senior customers who needed them in the tub/bath.

Review 2：The location was good with a nice restaurant next door. People were friendly.

Review 3：It was a little far from restaurants in / around Berchtesgaden.

Review 4：The restaurant next door had a ca. 11 piece Bavarian band and a Tracht dancing group on Friday night --- very enjoyable.

Review 7：Some one entered our room and took 2 chairs even though I asked for "do not disturb". Nothing was missing, but it was not a pleasant event. I think the big part of family room is mostly used for storage when it is vacant. There was a big tree branch in a closet and some stuff in a shelf, but we didn't need that much space (there was another closet), so it was okay for us.

The only place it worked was reception.

Review 16：Loved the area,Bischofswiesen was really beautiful and was very near the train station a beautiful church and supermarket ,florist etc....only 10 mins drive to Berchtesgaden where you can reach all the local attractions in a few mins. Staff were so helpful and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend.

Review 54：We didn't eat in the hotels restaurant but next door as we were meeting friends and wanted to eat outside. They had English menus and the staff were pleasant and courteous. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with good views over the local mountains. We used it as astop over on the way to Berchtesgaden which is just an easy drive down the road.

Review 55：Shower drain was not cleaned before our stay! We had to dig out ahandful of black hair from the drain ourselves at 10:15pm after a tiringday (no front desk after 10pm). When mentioned this unpleasantexperience the next morning, the lady at front desk kept finding excusessaying that it's hard for them to notice whether or not thedrain's full of hair. But you should clean it after every stay! Andthis is the first hotel ever we encountered such a problem...
